Doesn’t really feel like a hotel, more a comfortable hostel. Having to clean and make / strip your own beds in a 4 start hotel... beds comfy, pool ok, parking good on plus side

Residence was easy to find, staff friendly and amenities were great. Pool was clean and fun for all.

Arrived late, but an arrival pack had been left out for us so that we could get into our apartment without delay. Bedrooms were small and lacked storage space, so we lived out of our suitcases, 2 of which had to stay in main living area. Ensuite bathroom very small. Other toilet smelled of cigarette smoke, coming from somewhere, perhaps via the fan (?). Couldn't really swim in the swimming pool as it was very small and crowded, but it was good to have the sauna and pool as an option to freshen up after a day's skiing. Worth noting that there is no changing facilities at the pool though. Didn't really see any staff, so difficult to comment on them. Easy walk to the ski slopes however, and the proximity to the road was not an issue. Reasonably clean and comfy enough. Kitchen facilities fine. Satisfactory overall, but would probably look elsewhere if we go back to Serre Chevalier.
