The room was clean & quiet and the service was great. We were within walking distance to the subway station, so getting into the city was very easy. The free breakfast was definitely a free for all—very crowded and not worth the hassle. We found a deli down the street that had great breakfast sandwiches! I would stay here again.

This location is perfect every year for our US Open vacation. The breakfast is a great start to the day and fitness facility is perfect for me.

The staff here are very helpful. From the time we arrived and realizing we were clming from a hurricane zone. They had been extra understanding with my kids and very helpful. Best Hyatt experience ever

Overall was good.but Breakfast was not setup properly as sitting area was very congested and limited menu was served. Wasn’t much for vegetarian.and people lined up for making waffles.i think hotel staff should be making waffles rather then people waiting wasting food n time. Disposable plates stick together and wasting alot. If waffles and bread hotel staff serve then less waiting time n shorter people line up.
But overall we enjoyed .good experience.
