Clean and staff was great! Beds and pillows were ok. Tile was coming up in bathroom floor so every time you walk you could feel it was lint secure. Main thing was air conditioner. We like a cool room and it was November but it didn’t seem consistent. We would get it like we like it, it would kick off like it was suppose to but then it would get so stuffy and not come back on. Breakfast was ok no cream cheese for bagels which is my go to.

The only complaint I have is the towels/washrags/hand towels that were thin and felt like sand paper. Everything else was great!

The woman who checked us in was extremely friendly and very helpful!
Breakfast the next morning ran short on food. People were having to wait for things.

The desk clerk was friendly and efficient. We used the jacuzzi but the water never got hot.

Spacious and clean. The whole area had internet outage all day until we arrived. The staff, though feeling stressed were very kind and helpful. They made us feel welcome. Hotel was spotless everywhere we went.

Everything was great. The only problem was the fact that the elevator smelled like garbage weed from one of the other people that were staying there. Not the hotels fault, though.

Very friendly staff, great location. We had a room facing the interstate, so it was a bit loud all night, but overall it's a great stay.

The front desk lady, Rhonda, was so friendly and helpful. We had a birthday sleepover for my daughter and her friends and Rhonda went above and beyond to make sure she had a great time. She allowed us to come a little early to decorate the room for my birthday girl and checked to make sure the girls were having a great time. We firgot a couple things for the party and needed extra of some things, Rhonda saved us and was able to find what we needed. We stayed in the family suite so the girls could have their privacy. We will definitely be recommending this hotel to our friends who want to have birthday sleepovers.

Check in was easy. Parking not a problem. The room was clean. Bed comfortable. I struggled getting the temperature right but finally found the right spot. The problem was getting ready the next morning. None of the electrical outlets worked in any of the areas that had mirrors - bathroom or entry. It made getting ready very difficult.

Hotel was nice. Check-in was easy, and the room was very nice and clean. Hotel was in a nice, convenient location. Definitely will be booking again.

I have never had to pay such a high incidentals fee. The front desk let people stay in the lobby till after 2 am being very loud. We found a small bug in our bed. We will never stay at this motel again.
