It was a decent place to stay..... Not spectacular, but decent. There is NO breakfast served. You can buy stuff, but NO breakfast. They said there was free coffee starting at 4am..... But by 7:30 the coffee jug was empty and no one around to refill it??? Like I said, decent but not great.

Room needs to be extremely updated, bed was worn and very uncomfortable, stains on the couch and chair. Expensive price for outdated and worn beds. Appliances weren't updated for USB ports or charging ports.

Hotel was nice, but the front desk person who checked me in was a real dick … never smiled … gave no information about hotel/wifi connection/etc … he clearly didn’t like his job and hadn’t been trained in customer service … will not return!!

We were surprised that they did not have breakfast included in the room. Only option is to grab a snack from a small shop in the lobby. Didn’t realize it wasn’t close to the town. The bed had a very lumpy mattress topper, so we didn’t sleep well. The pillows were all fire filled and lumpy as well.

The hotel is in very good shape. We stayed here 11 years ago when passing through the area and it shows only some wear in the carpeting. The room was excellent! It was large and had a kitchenette with a small fridge and freezer as well as a microwave. The bed was very nice, best sleep I have had in ages. The hotel is easily accessible from the freeway just pay attention to the right turn only signs out of the parking if leaving in the dark because of a one way street. There is a brewery, gas station and a convenience store all within walking distance. That is about it for services. Scott at the front desk provided very good customer service. There is a park down the street but it’s probably best for people with dogs (small dogs were allowed at the hotel). There were signs of homeless people in the area (about …but the city appears to be removing the trailers

The staff was very friendly and I always appreciate a clean room. The only thing keeping it from 5 stars was the bed. It had a rather lumpy mattress topper on it so I didn't sleep that well.

I was traveling for my mothers funeral, a very stressful time - I am very happy with Stonecreek Lodge. The property is well maintained and clean. After stressful situations I was able to escape to my clean room and relax. I highly recommend and if in Missoula again I will definetly stay here again.

Good place to stay. Clean and near hiking areas as well as downtown. Customer service was good overall. The lady at the front desk seemed bothered by having to re program our room key and told us to keep keys away from cell phones which we tried to do but the keys went bad anyway

Your webpage says they are pet friendly, they are not. We have a cat and they would not allow us to stay. We spent the entire day driving, it was after 8pm, we were exhausted and had to find a new place to stay that would accept cats at the last minute and have a vacancy. Very unhappy.

Checking is was great, the staff was kind. Stayed 2 nights. The wifi password didn't work when we tried it. There was only 2 pillows on the bed. The bed was comfortable. Went to use the gym and it didn't have much to it. No dumbbells, no mats & the treadmill didn't work. Went to take a shower and there was someone else's hair in it. The walls were very thin, we could hear our neighbours television plain as day. Was hoping to have a better experience stay considering the price we paid for the nights we stayed. Will not be returning.
