The door of my room had obviously been damaged by a break in. It wasn’t the nicest place I’ve ever stayed. It wasn’t terrible either.

Everyone was very friendly. I had a couple of requests and they accomodated us with a smile each time.

I was in Talladega to drop my son off for college. It was the best hotel in the area. I plan to stay there whenever I go back.

This Holiday Inn experience was very uncomfortable. I had two double beds in my room both bed linens were stained with fresh make up, hair and what looked like a blood stain on one sheet. I complained to front desk staff she immediately apologized and took me to another room. I pulled the sheets back in front of her and there were strands of hair in the bed. I was disgusted, she apologized I told her this was unacceptable. The rooms were dusty and obviously the linens are not being changed. I had to go to Walmart to buy linens to put on the bed. This was a horrible experience. They need to do better with cleaning.

We booked this hotel for all stars baseball. The location was convenient but the complimentary breakfast was not good. Our toilet seat was bot connected to the toilet and slipped every time you sat down. The shower water didnt get very warm. I feel as though we could have gotten a cheaper priced hotel for the same.

The breakfast was okay But I can not understand why breakfast must be served on plastic paper and polystyrene
I think metal cutlery and porcelain plates, cups and bowls would be more eco friendly and definitely a lot less tacky
