Stayed with my family in Taipei for 4 days. Around 10 mins walk from the train station. The hotel is quite new. We stayed in a tripe bed room. The room is spacious and we like there’s enough space for us to put our luggages and personal belongings. Also the toilet and bathroom is separated which is very convenient. There’s a water dispenser on each floor so we don’t need to buy bottles of water. Staff and friendly and very helpful. Will definitely recommend this hotel to friends who will be travelling to Taipei.

7 minutes walk from Banqiao station, not too bad. Close to the shopping depart and there are a lot of restraunt, very convenient. 15 minutes walk to night market. Hotel is new and room is quite clean.

Overall staying is good with the room clean and big. Just a bit unhappy with the front desk staff that not really friendly and words from them is uncomfortable. Understand with some additional requests is too much but a friendly yes or no due to peak season will do and not reply us saying that “you guys choose the cheapest room type range and still ask for so many request that we can’t match your needs”. Then whenever we ask something from them they will use this reason “oh because we match your needs so u can’t ask for more”. That really let people feel very uncomfortable and I personally feel those cleaning staff is more friendly & polite. But still a good place to stay if avoiding going to the concierge to ask for help or things. Will go back again.

My husband and I stay this hotel. We like the hotel. mattress is pretty good. It is clean and close to Banqiao MRT station(blue line). Blue line is a major line to go places such as Xinyi district or Ximending. We will recommend the hotel to who want to be close to railway station and MRT station.

This hotel is not near downtown but very convenient to go anywhere because the train station is only 10 minutes walk which also has High Speed Rail available. There is a mall across the street which you can go for brunch (food court opens at 11am) before heading out to other part of the city. The staff always helpful in calling taxi or helping you with finding direction to travel or printing out boarding pass. The cleaning staff very respectful, courteous and professional. We took only one bus to get from the airport to front of the hotel.

Staff was very accommodating upon arrival and during the stay. Location is great being right where the subway station is. Walkable to lots of restaurants and local shops. Room is clean and view is great! Price is portion of Cesar park and Hilton and literally right next to them! Will definitely stay again and recommend to others!
