Loved it - only thing is there was no fridge and the staff was never there to ask just empty front desk

A great spot to stay if you're visiting Europa Park. Very convenient to get to from the train station, and they'll reimburse you for the bus to and from the park.

This place was great for an overnight stay. The breakfast was great and the view was also. The bathrooms are tiny (I am tiny myself and I kept hitting my elbow on the shower), the internet is basically non existent which made it nearly impossible to work on my computer but all in all a good place to stay for a day or two.

There was no AC, pathetic breakfast and dirty carpets. They even charge for the bus/shuttle service and the theme park is not on walking distance. It should not be even one star hotel

Definitely a great location for visiting EuropaPark.
Con:
Surprise bill for 'tax' when checking out. Front desk only staffed until about 2pm. Very few amenities (no laundry, so we had to wash socks in the sink.)

The carpeting is showing its age (in some rooms it has been replaced by wooden floorboards).
It would have been nice to have two pillows, of different thickness, in each bed.

This hotel is very close to Ringsheim train station, less than 5 mins on foot. The hotel is clean, breakfast is nice, has a supermarket around the corner, very close to the bus stop to/from Europa Park.

Nice hotel. They have a free shuttlebus to Europapark for hotelguests. No airco, so it was hot, but we asked for an extra fan and they brought it straight away! Nice staff

Only thing missing was air conditioning, it was very warm. But the window did open wide and they did supply a fan.
The hotel was very clean, easy to find and the staff were very nice. Ideal location for Europa-Park. Only a 5 minute drive away.
