Great hospitality service and room cleanliness! Amazing quality breakfast and the happy hour every evening was a nice perk, but would prefer no happy hour instead of having to pay $6 a night for hotel parking.

Unfortunately upon arrival they told me the hotel had overbooked but they could offer me two suites for the price of one. The issue with this was the toilet was not working in on of the rooms and so my guests reported it to the front desk and a maintenance person came to fix the problem. Unfortunately it was not fixed and so the toilet would not flush. The manager did take care of this issue by compensating my stay due to the inconvenience. Overall the breakfast buffet was delicious and the evening reception was excellent! I would stay again

The elevators smelled like a dirty dog and rhr hallway absolutely smelled like its been used as a animal bathroom. Reeked of pee. The paying to park in a random suburb hotel i dont get. And i will absolutely NEVER stay here again.

They brought me a new meal with minimum hassle, however the bartender/server continued to blame me for the incident and treated me with suspicion at my next meal.

it was a 5 star hotel without being an actual 5 star hotel. they were great. the rooms were spacious and clean, the food was delicious, the pool was clean, and the staff catered to every need. i have no complaints about the embassy by hilton in kennesaw.

It has gotten worse every single time I stay there!! I will not be staying there ever again! I was up moving from room to Room until 3 AM at least the night that I checked in because of filth or either air condition wasn’t working or some other condition that should have been handled before I got there!!
