I just wish there was a place to give this hotel 10 stars. Exceptional everything. Most importantly, the front desk staff (Nicolina was one and unfortunately we didn’t get the 2nd lady’s name), both amazing, hospitable, informative and so happy to see us and host us! The location superb, close to everything in Old Town and around everything you want to be at and do there! The room was just spectacular, it had all the amenities you’d want and then some you never realized you needed! It was superb, super comfy bed and bedding, towels were pristine and snow white, the shower amazing, fridge, washer (dry rack available), large TV and on and on! You could easily live in this room!!! Thank you for having us and we will definitely be back here again! No reason to look anywhere else!!!

Our holiday began with a long flight delay but the hosts were amazing & even stayed up until the early hours of the morning to welcome us & show us the apartment. The apartments are wonderful. Clean & modern & supplied with everything you could need. I would definitely recommend Contessa Bianca apartments

If you wish to stay in the Corfu old town, this is the perfect choice. Hotel is 5-10 min walk to old town, near restaurants and cafes and shopping. The staff especially Nikola and Nicolina were very helpful. Every inch of our room was thought out well-washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven, mini fridge, iron and board, heater in bathroom. A/c works silently. Everything was top notch.

A smart, modern small block of apartments in as-new condition and with all modern conveniences. The location is central - within an easy stroll of many places to eat, shop and visit historic sites. The property managers / reception staff (three delightful young ladies) are very welcoming, friendly, eager to help and enthusiastic to share their local knowledge. The staff alone are worth at least five stars!

Middle of the town and can get to places easily

We stayed here for 3 nights and we loved it! The staff were so lovely and greeted us when we arrived. The room was amazing and had everything we needed and was very modern and clean. There was a bus stop to and from the airport right outside the hotel and was a 5 minute walk to the old town but there was also loads of shops and cafes around it too. We had the best experience here and will definitely book this hotel again when we next come to Corfu!

Our stay was so enjoyable. We felt so safe and felt we were home away from home plus with extra luxuries, wonderful host/staff pleasant, helpful, kind, efficient wow! Our rooms were so clean with toiletries, dishes, iron, hairdryer, washing machine etc., thank you so much to the cleaning staff. Tourists attractions within walking distance along with public transportation and coffee shops, groceries etc. You have to stay here to experience this wonderful property, it is what it says luxury suites. This hotel was one of the best I've stayed at! Upon entering into this luxurious and new hotel, I was welcomed by the most amazing staff (Nikol and Nikolina). My suite was like having my very own condo. Very clean, plush, brand name toiletries, a welcome basket and Easter gifts, not to mention it was equipped with kitchen area, which included a stove top, mini fridge, dishwasher, microwave and all kitchen utensils and plateware. The room also provided outdoor space, with a cute, little balcony. The staff (Nikol and Nikolina) always greeted me with a smile, friendly manner and always provided assistance and the best hospitality. I recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone and can't wait to return! I wish the Contessa Bianca Luxury Suites and their staff, all the best and continued success!! From arrival to departure this stay was near perfect. The welcome from the three hosts was warm, helpful and informative, and very accommodating to our special request regarding our departure. It was masterpiece in Greek hospitality. The apartment was large with a well-supplied kitchen and a separate bedroom. Everything was new and worked flawlessly. The room also had two balconies on which to enjoy the afternoon sunshine with a cup of tea or an espresso. Access to Corfu Old Town was easy, with much of the walk being in a pedestrian zone. There was a waiting zone for taxis just outside the hotel entrance which was very convenient and a couple nearby coffee shops for breakfast. Entry to the hotel and our room was through an app which you download before arrival, and the only minor problem was sometimes there were network glitches which prevented it from loading. Nevertheless, you are given instructions on how to gain access manually through a coded keypad, so not that big of a deal when it happened. At checkout all three hosts were there to bid us farewell with such sincerity and care that you almost didn’t want to say goodbye. Truly they knew how to make a guest feel welcomed and appreciated and it will be the high bar of hospitality that I will compare all future hotel stays to.

The rating scale only allows 5 stars, I would easily give 6! The staff were always helpful and kind going above and beyond to provide helpful travel hiccup and interpretting assistance. The room was newly remodeled, state of the art and immaculate even including an in-room wash machine discreetly tucked out of the way. We can’t even begin to say how much we enjoyed our stay at this well placed hotel in easy walking distance to conveniences and Corfu attractions! Efharisto 💝

This is a very new establishment, but I didn't have one single complaint. Nikoleta was extremely helpful, going far beyond the services that would be expected, while still remaining professional. I would definitely stay here again, and would recommend it to anyone without hesitation. It is also very conveniently situated

We stayed in this beautiful hotel for 4 nights. Even before our arrival, Nikol surrounded us with her attention. She sent us all the necessary information by phone: the nearest transport stops, shops where the most delicious coffee and breakfast are, interesting restaurants! When we arrived, she greeted us as the most welcome guests, showed us our room and said that she was in touch with us 24/7! That's how it was! Thank you very much Nikol! The hotel is beautiful, brand new, very modern design, room cleaning is 10/10! The location is great! The entire old city is around you, so historical sights and the sea are just 10 minutes away in any direction! We will be happy to come there again!

Our Stay on this brain new place by Contessa Bianca went way beyond any expectation we might had. Started with a great communication, help and support by Nikol who was very helpful from the start until the end of our stay. We were given several gifts with our stay that made us feel very special and welcome to the place. Nikol knows a lot on the activities to do on the island and can provide us with many options and any information needed to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. Maximizing our activities during our stay. I highly recommend the place and Niko's service and when back in the Island i would for sure consider staying with Contessa Bianca again.

Absolutely incredible place, that goes above and beyond to ensure you have a wonderful vacation. Nikol is the best host we have experienced, super caring and always available- we didn’t experience such a service in 5 star resorts, yet alone in rented studio. The place itself is brand new, excellent accommodation close to all best spots in Corfu town, and perfect for island exploring. The apartment is clean, beautiful and spacious. We recently had the pleasure of staying at Contessa Bianca Luxury Suites, and we can't praise it enough! The suite itself was a extremely elegant and comfortable. The interior design was tastefully done, blending modern luxury with technology and comfort. The attention to details was truly amazing. Even small things like towels, bathroom slippers, complimentary water and wine were much more luxurious than the other hotels we stayed at. The location was superb. Within close distance to the old town, restaurants and tourist landmarks. There's a bus stop right outside the hotel that takes you straight to the airport, as well as corfu port. There are also plenty of free street parking available nearby if you have a car. What stood out the most for us was Nikol's exceptional hospitality! She went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. Despite arriving quite late into Corfu (around midnight), Nikol was at the hotel to meet and greet us. She also offered valuable local recommendations, and even surprised us with thoughtful presents when we checked in, and later when we checked out. Her dedication to ensuring her guests have a wonderful experience is truly commendable. We would highly recommend this place if you're looking for an affordable and luxurious accommodation in Corfu town.
