I booked a room that was supposed to have four beds, only for women. However, they put me in a worse room with eight beds and at least six other people, which wasn't what I agreed to pay for. I want a refund now.

We stayed here for our weekend in Gothenburg. We were able to walk into the center in around 30 minutes, but could also take a tram at a 5 minute walk distance. Liseberg is a 2 minute walk away, which was great when we went there. The rooms and common rooms like kitchen, showers and bathrooms were big and clean. It was a great stay overal and especially for the price we paid!!

If you are looking for cheaper accommodation in Gothenburg this is a good option. Very clean and quiet with comfortable beds. A tram stop is nearby which goes to the Centre and the Liseberg Fun Park is over the road. There is a nice restaurant and supermarket very close.

Given the price it was a reasonable stay. We booked a family room. The shared bathrooms were quite clean and so was the room. Checkin and checkout was smooth - no isssues there. It is very close to Liseberg. The main problem was no place to hang or put the clothes in the room - no wardrobe and not even a single hook for hanging the clothes and towels. We had to put the used clothes on the beds. We were five persons, which means we needed space to hang/put five towels and day clothes.

I never stayed at the Goteborg hostel.
I booked the stay through Expedia and I was required to pay in advance, and I paid in advance.
When I showed up at the property, it was locked, I never received access to instructions how to check in, the receptionists were absent, and the staff did not answer to the phone number they provided. In the end they just kept my payment and never provided the service I paid for.
In addition, when I arrived, the property entrance looked suspicious, with strange guests hanging outside and with a poor lit area.
I would not recommend this place to anyone ever!

I was very satisfied with my stay. Staff was supernice and helpful. Rooms big and there was a locker and a light by the bed, but most importantly it was an extra heater for the room as it was winter and cold outside, but warm and nice inside. It was clean enough for me. Would book it again.

They need to make bathrooms within the room not sharing ones also they need to stop telling the guests to take the bed linen to the laundry that’s what the house keeper’s supposed to do and the room was little bit smelly other then that it was good

It was a great hostel with an affordable breakfast. The bed was confortable enough. Unfortunately the bed did not each have their own plug in so it was a little bit inconvient to charge the phone at night.
