The lady at the reception had no idea how to print a corporate invoice. Finally managed to get it right after 3 failed attempts. Pool was closed for maintenance.
The rooms were clean and well maintained. Their main restaurant and service there was good.

The hotel is good and the front desk staff were very helpful. The decor is a little dated, but the room was spacious and so was the bathroom.
The only disappointment that I had was the discrimination by the liquor shop staff against foreign visitors trying to get a drink. The property owners should remove the family running this off license as they are rude (especially the women owner) and make it impossible to get a liquor license. I would recommend foreign visitors to chose a different hotel if they want a drink in Ahmedabad.
Just because of this, I wouldn’t stay again.

The girl who checked me in was really knowledgable and helpful. The room attendant was very good at cleaning the room. The room was exquisite, even by Marriott standards. Every employee was friendly. I must admit that the management was truly looking out for the employees, which allowed them to deliver first-rate customer service.

Given how busy the hotel was, Atleast 20 people asked me about my comfort. Tough to beat that and the fact that everything was exceptional

The food options and quality is very good. This is one of the main reasons I come back to Marriott everytime I choose to stay in a hotel. Thanks to Chef Rajesh and Anshu for maintaining the same.
The housekeeping staffs were also very nice.

One of the Best experiences that I had during stay in India. Staff is excellent. Uzma was attentive to every need. Breakfast has so many choices. I will recommend this place to anyone.

The hotel is good and fair BUT getting old.
Restaurant is an average one.
People from the hotel staff are VERY noisy throughout the room halls day and night.
The gym was good but no AC (very hot)
There can be better hotels for the same price.

I liked the staff they were personable and genuine and eager to help me and inquire if i require anything to make my stay more comfortable. So many different people helped me from March 30th to April 6th. These are the few names i have - Pooja, Aktar, Ananya, Janki, Avdesh, Soun, Ankush, Debayan, Aashish, Amit, Shubham, Nabhin, Rahul, Badshah and Bijoy, Neha, Kandarp , Jeera, Smith, and there was a few people from the laundry department whose name i cannot recall. I am sorry if I left out anyone.
Thank you to these and many others behind the scenes to make the stay comfortable.
A few suggestions for the hotel: keep the cafe / behind closed doors because the smell of meat was not appealing when spending time in the lobby. Keep a separate seating and cooking area for veg and non veg. Keep this a non smoking hotel.
This would truly make it a 5 star experience.
