It was self-service check in that was very easy thanks to the many instructional videos sent by the provider.
The room(s) were huge and clean. There is a small fridge with drinks. TVs. Very comfortable mattress and pillows. Best we’ve had the whole trip.
We had the Sorrento room- included a living room with pull out couch bed (kids), a small eating area with table, main bedroom with king bed and also a twin bed. There was a hot tub. Plus a nice bathroom. Shower is a little small but perfectly ok.
Location was out of city center, but a quick 7-8 minute walk into town center. Close to shops and food. We would stay here again.

The B&B is clean and nicely decorated. The breakfast was good and had quite a few options. Good communication with the staff before we arrived, with very detailed information and videos for a smooth self checkin process. The location is good, only a short walk to the historical center and a few minutes to the train station.

Excellent service. Everything was very nice, up kept, and clean. You don’t even hear the other guests. The breakfast was good as well. Jennipher gives excellent service with updated texts, helps with anything, and very attentive to her guests. I loved my stay.

The location was about a 20 minute walk to port area. Parking is along the road. The room was very clean and spacious and easily fit 5 of us without being cramped (using the pull-out couch which was comfortable). The host was very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was very nice and we especially liked the Keurig style coffee maker as it was more than a small cappuccino which is typical in Italy. The mood lighting and music in the bathroom was fun.

The room was clean and our son enjoyed the spa tub at the end of the day - great for tired walking legs! Liked the mini bar fridge with beer/prosecco - good prices. Breakfast was great! Lots of options including eggs which is always nice to have something warm. The staff let us leave our luggage and come back for it closer to our ferry departure. It was a reasonable option for our family compared to other places in town for two nights. We really liked Sorrento and would like to return one day.

Our last night we told staff that we’re leaving before 0600 so we’ll know of specific check out instructions. She was very helpful and even prepared the breakfast super early just for us. We appreciate the kind gesture. We’ll definitely stay here again if we find ourselves back in Sorrento.

Amazing stay. Staff are so helpful and friendly. Staff even sent me timetables for buses, trains, boats etc. Very clean and big rooms with a minibar which was very reasonably priced too. Bed was so comfy too. We had a room with jacuzzi which was great for relaxing in after walking all day in sunshine, had Netflix and music in our room and also in the shower/bathroom. There was a great selection for breakfast and option to take breakfast back to your room on a tray. About 10 min walk from centre of Sorrento and also from train station which takes you to Pompeii and Naples central. We got a bus from Naples airport which stops at Sorrento train station.

This was such a great experience! Best place I stayed in my whole trip in Italy. The front desk woman was unbelievably friendly and accommodating and truly cares about the experience. I hope the owner reads these because she needs a raise :)

Good location: handy to pedestrian street, but slightly removed from the crowds and noise. Lovely staff. Everyone was extra welcoming and warm. There was some evening sounds from the bowling alley next door, but it closes each night at reasonable hour. Breakfast was lovely with lots of variety. The breakfast nook was tiny, but guests are welcome to take a breakfast tray back to their rooms if they prefer. We enjoyed the room, and thought that it was all well designed and modern.
