Due to have rainfall, I contacted the hotel and was advised not to travel to Malaga (13/11/2024). Therefore i did not check in the hotel. I hope that I will get a refund of the money paid for this stay.

Great stay, our second time at the hotel. Staff very friendly and accomodating. Upgraded us on arrival. Room was spotless. Breakfast has lots to choose from, with eggs to order too.

Arrived early for check in. Although room wasn’t ready, staff took our bags and let us explore Malaga a little. When we returned later, found we’d been upgraded which was really nice.
Pool area is a little small but ok for centre of a city,
Unfortunately there was a wedding on and it was very very noisy. We were on the third floor and could hear people in and out of their rooms all night with then a horrendous display of inconsideration at 3am with fog horns and hooters being sounded as the guests exited the hotel…..not really the hotel’s fault, though I feel staff could have done something to mitigate it.
If not for this and the 25 min wait to get a drink at the bar, I would have awarded 5 stars across the board.

Street frontage room was noisy so moved to a quieter one.

Lovely hotel chain, reasonably priced too for the level you get. Room was great, spacious and well designed, modern but with classic features. Breakfast was excellent also. Right in the heart of the city with everything within walking distance.
