Good hotel for an inexpensive nights stay. Large room. However property does not have laundry, breakfast, a working ice machine, or in our room, lights were missing

The lights didnt work in the room. The valet wrecked my truck, and the manager refused to come speak to me in person. They made me and the driver fill out written reports on a blank piece of paper with my name, number, room number, and email on it and said the risk management team would get back to me. I never heard back again and have been working 7 days a week so disnt have time to call them. I have too many speeding tickets to make a claim so i cant afford to do that. It was over $1000 In damages so my brand new truck just looks dumb now. I highly do not recommend staying here due to management. I was trying to stop the driver the whole time but he wrecked it anyway from not paying attention/not being able to drive a 1500 size truck.

Current hotel appearance does not look as pictured online. Tried to cancel reservation but their phone is disconnected. Went to the hotel in person to cancel. No one was at the front desk to assist me. Strong smell of cigarettes also they say they prohibit smoking. Felt uncomfortable staying there

The property appears more upscale in the photos than in person. also, when we inquired about the Ice Machine, we were told the hotel did not have one at all. the night before we were told it was not working. kind of in a rough area. definitely industrial and had to travel a ways to find restaurants to eat at during the stay.

Worth the price, but could have been a bit cleaner. No laundry or ice machine. Pool was closed since beginning of covid. If your looking for a cheap place to sleep then this is the place for you.

One of my favorite properties. I come often just to get a good sleep on my off days. The staff is great, rooms are clean Best off all it’s very QUIET!!

This Facility has a damp, dark and mildew like decore from the entrance to the rooms themselves.

I like the atmosphere of the lobby area. I didn't like the lack of convenience items, no convenience area in the lobby. Also, the hall on third floor was hot.

Very clean. Room was suite style. Very spacious. Bed was very comfortable. Staff super friendly and professional.

There was mouse feces under the sheets of one of the beds. My non smoking room wreaked of cigarettes. The room and the entire hotel was incredibly dirty. The hotel staff told me that they refunded me for the room, but could not produce a receipt because of printer issues. Days later I found out they did not refund my money and still charged my card. I contacted Expedia and they reached out to the property and they still refused the refund. These are deceptive business practices.
