This was a good location with great hosts. Easy walking to Barranco's central area and good options to get everywhere else. Room was nice, breakfast was good, and the staff were very helpful!

Elizabeth and her team are exceptional, especially considering the 'Basic' B&B nature of the venue. I arrived on a late flight and as anyone who's traveled to Lima knows, the airport is, well, challenging. So after almost 90 minutes of waiting to get through immigration, it was almost 3am by the time I arrived at 3B. No problem. I love the fact that you have to bet buzzed in from the street, and they visually verify you before letting you in. It made me feel totally secure about leaving any valuables in my room. There's no safe. They did offer me a little lock box, but it's really just symbolic. Anyone could pick it up! But since they have strict rules about not letting anyone on the property unless they're registered, you can feel safe, whether you're there or not. All the staff are friendly and helpful with suggestions of where to go for shopping, touristic sites, places to eat, etc. It's in a terrific location, just a 10 minute walk to the center of Barranco, and maybe 20 minutes to Miraflores. They lent me a good quality bike to ride around town in, which I did every day. The breakfast is simple but tasty. The coffee is brewed strong (a good thing). The shower is good and has room for two. The bed is firm but comfy and they were quick to provide a fan as it was getting warm while I was there and they don't have A/C.

I felt really safe in the area, and across the road theres a bar with a bouncer offering extra ‘assurance’ at night, the bar wasnt noisy at all.

Well-located near parks and bars and restaurants, easy to walk around the area. Quiet and safe area too. Good value for a large room, breakfast was cooked to-order and was excellent. All staff members were very helpful.

The staff is friendly and helping! Even though I departed before the breakfast time for airport, they prepared a takeaway one for me, which I didn't ask for. The environment is also fantastic. Generally it was a great experience!

I'm not a "review person", but 3B is definitively worth it! The staff is the most caring and helpful I've found so far: they will help you out before, during and after your stay, with tips and logistics. The place is new, well furnished and clean. Breakfast options are very good and healthy. Last but not least the location is very fine: close to the beach view and to the centre of Barranco (very nice neighborhood, btw!). Strongly recommended!

During our stay in Peru we met several nice people and I can honestly say Elizabeth was the nicest person of all. She and her team really cared about our experience in Peru and were extremely helpful. I highly recommend 3Bs if you are interested in a clean/modern/quiet accommodations with a great location. We will certainly recommend 3Bs to all of our friends and family who travel to Lima.

Great location, easy 10 minute walk to Barranco center and all the restaurants. Great breakfast, better than expected. Well sound insulated rooms. Nice sitting area inside building and in small courtyard. 24 hour staff presence at from desk.

The staff was excellent and very helpful with our travel around Lima.
