A first class expeience. Superbly decorated, vast room, everything I could want. Staff very responsive and helpful.
Breakfast six hot dishes and a wide variety of cold ones. All very good. Excellent coffee machine. This the way all hotels shold be.

The reception staff are superb. Room excellent- spacious, clean and well equipped. My only negative is we came back around 9.45 for a drink and the bar was closed. Reception did sort out some minibar drinks but the bar area was so lovely it was disappointing not to he able to use it . I would definitely stay again

The room was good but overpriced for Yerevan. The main reason I had reserved it was the sauna and hot tub. The hot tub turned out to be a warm tub and the sauna was not free!
I found it dishonest that they listed it as an amenity but you gotta pay extra to use it.
The hotel manager said show me where it says it's free. Disappointing

Located perfectly on a side street near the city center to your left and beautiful parks to your right. Everything about this hotel is perfect.

My first time at this hotel. Personnel surprised me immediately with sincere pleasure, helpfulness and professional service. The place is very clean, my room and bed were comfortable and breakfast was plentiful and varied. I left impressed and would go back. Recommended.
