This is a good place for us to stay when in town due to location.If on the west side there is beautiful views of the mountains.

I didn't realize when booking that the Hawthorne rooms had Kitchenettes. Bedding was fairly worn and probably should be retired but was clean and comfortable bed.

The walls in this hotel are so thin. During our 2 night stay we couldn't sleep either night. First night, the room above us had kids jumping and running until 11 pm and again before 6 am. The second night at around midnight, a couple arrived in the room next door. We heard EVERYTHING, multiple times.
Everything else was okay, but if you can't sleep in the hotel, why would you stay there??

The hotel was easy to find. Front desk clerks were very friendly. Parking was easy on the back side of hotel. Room was clean and easy to access. Breakfast staff was more interested in talking to regulars than making sure everything was stocked.

First two nights the neighbors were very loud until about 11: 00pm. Moved to another room that had fleas from someone's dog, bites all overy feet.moved to another room, water would not drain out of the bathtub.

Manager did not honor a bereavement rate given by two employees.He could make more money on a Saturday night. What’s unfortunate is he lost out on 6 weeks- at least 2 nights a week of income for a room. I’ll never stay there again.

Great place to stay for short or longer stays with larger parties. Everything was great with the exception of the very rude person taking our food order at the bar. Extremely stressed and rude to all the patrons.

The hotel didn’t show me with a reservation, even after giving them my confirmation number.
The desk said I had to get it fixed by Expedia, so I spent 30-40 minutes on the phone with 2 different people till someone at Expedia finally pushed the right button & actually sent my reservation through.

We paid for late check out and the lady at the front desk called at 9am then at 10am and told us that we needed to be out or pay for another day. She was very rude when informed that we had paid for late check out online. The bed sheets looked stained. The back door was extremely inconvenient as there was only stairs, and our key cards stopped working after about 3 hours consecutively. We made sure to keep the cards away from our phones and any magnets. This issue caused us many problems.

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights because it was close to a show we were seeing. The rooms are large and comfortable. It’s within 5 minutes of many different restaurants and fast food options. The staff was very nice and there was a decent free breakfast every morning. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend!

The hotel was located in a great area. The staff were friendly and helpful. Only negative apsects we ran into were that the room had clearly not been cleaned very thoroughly. We paid for a nicer room to have more space and a mountain view, we were not given a mountain view side room. Which wasnt the end of the world, we were going hiking each day in the mountains anyway. But a clean room should be pretty standard. Oh and the fridge never worked, freezer worked great but maintenance never could fix the fridge.

I enjoyed the outdoor breakfast area. I didn't realize a BBQ grill was available until after we bought some groceries or I would have purchased food to grill. The sun did get intense in the mornings, so a canopy would be a lovely touch!
I was pleased with the kitchen amenities (large refrigerator and freezer, microwave, stovetop, and dishwasher. However, we had to ask for dish soap, and the desk clerk had to search for it. Also, we found a skillet lid but no pan.
The rest was very nice.

The beds though....The beds were as hard as the floor. We didnt sleep very well during our week long stay. My husband loves firm mattresses and even he was complaining that the beds felt like concrete.We were thinking we would need to purchase a foam mattress topper if we ever stay here again. The pillows are very small and go flat easily. We had to go to Walmart to purchase large pillows in order to have a little comfort and support. The air conditioner worked great as it was 95⁰ everyday. We stayed cool in our suite. Breakfast was served daily which was nice. Overall, the hotel was nice, the staff was ok, the rooms were nice,but the beds were horrible.
