Room was comfortable and clean. Service from front desk, restaurant and bar was great. Location was perfect.

All staff was friendly and helpful, especially Lello the bar manager for excellent service, recommendations, reservations etc. Breakfast was a perfect selection of items, fresh pasteries, mimosas…. I know where I will be staying again next time in Venice!

The perfect hotel for convenience and luxury.

Front desk people were great, but eating breakfast had a really bad experience. We paid at the front desk for breakfast and the staff who were serving for breakfast treated us like we had came in there and sat down and just started to eat. They really treated us like we had stolen the breakfast until it became and issued and very unpleasant. Did not apologize at all when they found out that we had paid for the breakfast try to make it seem like they was doing us a favor but saying I can pay for one breakfast and that’s it. They didn’t even try to find out if we had paid or not just assumed we didn’t and therefore treated us accordingly very nasty, but besides them everything else was ok.

Nice place. Room was hot for me. My husband was fine with it. Bathroom smell was sometimes a little off but otherwise the place was nice.

Had a wonderful visit. Hotel room was perfect for us and Lelo in the bar helped arrange an amazing dinner with gondola taking us there.

Amazing and kind staff! Location is good, although it takes some navigating and the streets to access the hotel can be a little eerie late at night. Room was clean but bathroom could use a little updating and the showers and sink got backed up from time to time. Overall very good experience

This property has been after taxi access and is in a great location between the Rialto bridge midge and St. Mark’s Square. Shopping is close by as well as many restaurants. The hotel offers breakfast for 15,00 Euro, well worth it is you are used to an American style first meal with eggs. The style of the hotel and decor were perfect. The staff were friendly and helpful. We had a junior suite and it was very large and it a view out to the canal. I would be happy to stay there again.

Fine classic look hotel. Friendly staff. Great breakfast included for our booking. Comfortable beds. Elegant decor. Large rooms. Less than 5 min walk to the Doge’s palace and other nearby attractions. Accessible by water taxi but airport taxi charged 20 euro extra.
