This whole experience was like a circus. The first apartment: 1. No place to hang clothes, not even a single piece. 2. A/C was leaking onto the wall 3. Sheets were stained 4. Shower was minuscule 5. Grout in the shower had lots of mold After complaints, we were moved to a different apartment 1. A/C had to be repaired twice 2. Only sheets, no comforter on the bed 3. No interior lock to lock the door from the inside thus not allowing others to enter 4. No place to hang face towel by the sink 5. Constant smell of sewer coming from the bathroom drain 6. Had to call almost every day (during our 8 nights stay), to ask for toilet paper, face towel and/or shower matt or bath towels 7. They emptied our mini fridge without any notice to us 8. our Card Keys were deactivated twice, so we had to go back and ask them to issue new ones. 9. Breakfast was good, but the staff failed to enforce use of gloves and masks by the guests, which made it unsafe 10. The handle to the door into the stairway was broken for 2 days, and the door was in the closed position and could not be opened, which made it a seriously dangerous situation if there was an emergency. The city of Joao Pessoa is amazing, beach was amazing, but this hotel is far from being a comfortable and pleasant experience. They will never again see a single dollar of my money.

This is a convenent and confortable hotel, next to the beach. Beatiful accomodations, however the swimpool needs a heavy cleaning, scrub the tiles at least every other month to remove mud from side walls.
