It was a very nice Hotel. Rooms were nice and location was private.
Only issue i had was sitting in a room all night and no tv called front desk and noone was available to fix it .
That seems like to me they dont have the hreatest customer service.

Positive: Beds were nice and comfortable. Good breakfast selection of hot and cold foods. Negative: Some of the towels that we were given had hair in them. There was also strings of long hair on the bathroom floor.

Floors in room were dirty. Needed mopped. Lots of cobwebs and spiders that we had to kill.

The hotel was a little tricky to get to but a great location to everything. The room was big. Actually too big. A lot of wasted space. It seemed to take forever just to walk from the bed to the bathroom. The lighting or lack there of- terrible. Needs more to help with make in the bathroom. The room itself seemed dark. Needs lighting. The bedspread had a stain and the bathroom floor was dirty. Laid down towels to walk on.

We have stayed here several times and this hotel is always clean, quit and the free breakfast is always pretty good.
The fresh baked cookies in the afternoon is a nice bonus.

The air conditioner didn’t cool as much as would have liked! Was a little warm but everything else was amazing!
Pool was great for the kids, breakfast was AMAZING every morning, plenty of room for 6 people could sleep 8 to be honest!
Was convenient everywhere wanted to go!

The room was clean, huge, and I didn’t see any defects. The pullout couch however, had no sheets, pillows, or blankets, we had to go downstairs and ask for some. The people at the desk were very friendly. The snacks and drinks were very expensive $3.50 for a drink, but they do keep fresh, soft chocolate chip cookies for free at the desk after about 3 pm.

The floor is not clean. Recommend wearing socks during one’s stay as it seems the floor is never mopped/cleaned in the rooms.

My stay was fantastic. I had one little hiccup with the toilet and it was fixed immediately. Staff members were friendly. Helpful front desk. Mattress was soft and pillows were just right. Will stay with them again if I travel to Mt Juilet again. #

This property had last minute availability for my family of 5, for a double queen room, while traveling back home. The room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was convenient and good. I would definitely book with Comfort Suites again!!!

The room seemed muggy even though we kept the room at 67! The air conditioning was working but you could still feel a decent amount of humidity and stuffiness in the room. The bathroom floor and just throughout our room there was quite a bit of hair and dust, just didn't seem to be as clean as it could've been.
