Amazing hotel. Infrastructure very nice. Good location with very beautiful view of the super paradise beach.

Beautiful property, easy check in, spotless and easy access to beach. Nothing is included in the room, not even water, tea or coffee. A cup of tea was 4€. They do include breakfast which is very good so if you want tea later in the day it’s best to snag an extra tea bag at breakfast.
Not walking distance to anything and far from the port.
Very expensive transportation to the airport which is 10 min away.

The room was beautiful and well appointed. The food was good too. However, for the price, we found the service poor. Staff were pleasant enough but unhelpful and their attendance fell short of what you’d expect of a hotel charging this sort of price. Overall it was good but I’d not return.

Had a great stay at the hotel. Location was beautiful and ideal for access to the beautiful beach! Staff were very kind and helpful. Breakfast was very good as well.

Located atop Super Paradise Beach this hotel offers a picturesque setting with great beach access, fine dining and fun night life. A shuttle to old town is available for 5€ each way almost every half hour. So there is no need to be in the middle of everything. Breakfast is included and quite nice. My only word of caution is the number of stone steps you must take. If you have mobility issues, you will probably need a different option

Right next to three beach clubs, the most famous of course being the Super Paradise beach club. The beach is just down the steps. Very clean nice rooms with friendly staff.

It was bad in that I had to haggle for the room I paid for. I had to remind them that it was a king bed by the pool, not a twin double up the hill! I don’t like being tested like that. It’s not fun, or comfortable at all. Second, the music from the bar down the hill reverberates up INTO the rooms at night and that is not expected or described on their website. Lastly, the TV has not ONE English language channel which actually works. Thankfully, the bed was nice to sleep on and the AC worked.
