Was supposed to be one of the better hotels but was a big disappointment. On the very first evening, we pointed out that the room was very hot and the reception assured that they would check this as quickly as possible. We wanted to go to bed so we agreed that they should check it the next day. We reminded them when we left in the morning but when we returned in the afternoon nothing had been done. When we reminded them again, we learned that the AC was not in function in the summer and that we could only open the door to the balcony. But outside there were lots of insects. we Had very hot and uncomfortable nights. Otherwise, the breakfast was decent but little choice and always empty of something and took a long time to refill. Dinner was expensive and poor, not a lucky combination. They allow guests to bring dogs into the restaurant. The rooms were quite normal but very small. Spa was nice but unfortunately they allow children running around and making noise. The fruit in the spa was moldy Would not recommend using this hotel

Easy shuttle pick up from the cable car station. Hotel looks new. Spa is great! Friendly staff. Breakfast buffet is delicious with plenty of selection. Great Mountain View

The hotel is beautiful, modern and well maintained. The staff is cordial and efficient. The concierge service found is excellent restauranst in Cervino. The shuttle service was perfect and prompt though we had a car we preferred using their MBZ shuttle. The spa was also beautiful and luxurious. We look forward to returning.

Superb, smart, clean hotel. Staff all friendly and so helpful; reception, porters, ski hire, restaurant servers and cleaners. All faultless. Food excellent. Our entire visit was very pleasurable

Beautiful and comfortable rooms with top rate spa facilities. The hotel is a little far from the center of Cervino but it is walkable - they also offer a free shuttle.

What a lovely hotel! We stayed as a couple for a weeks skiing and had a great time. the facilities are excellent, the rooms plenty big enough (we had a standard room), the bathroom had a lovely rainwater shower and plenty of fresh towels. The hotel is about a 15 min walk from town but there is a hotel run complimentary bus service that runs from 8.30 - 10.30pm. We never waited longer than 5 mins its super efficient. The ski room was great with lockers and heated boot warmers. There is also a small but great ski shop in the basement for ski hire etc. We were only B&B but ate in the restaurant for dinner a couple of times and it was lovely. Food was great and breakfast was everything you could need. I honestly could not fault it - is it 5* I am not sure but it *is definitely a very good 4* and perfect for what we wanted.

Second, it is a little outside of Cervinia, but their shuttle bus process makes it very easy to get back and forth dropping off and picking up for skiing right at the lift. Most surprising, the food at diner was amazing and the dining room and bar service was excellent. I don't know if this is the same at all Mythos Hotels, but I will try them in the future to see.

The service at the hotel war very god. Beautiful decoration at the main area, and not to forget the spa area. But I must say that the bed and especially the pillows was below the standard….If you are a 5 star hotel, a pillow selection are a must. But in general a great hotel, in a nice area, with a friendly staff.

Mixed experience at this new hotel. Pros: Brand new hotel with comfortably furnished (though small) rooms Friendly staff who even helped us when our car was stranded in the snow. Very professional and friendly waiters Cons: Hotel is understaffed. The people who work their are friendly and do their best to help but there just aren’t enough people for them to be able to help effectively enough. Hotel is inconveniently located, just outside of the main center, so you either have to take a shuttle or drive and fight for parking. Hotel’s shuttle service is unpredictable and not frequent enough. Shuttle is small and several times we had to wait up to an hour because the shuttle we were waiting for couldn’t accommodate enough people. Very small rooms. Food at the restaurant is not great, though the servers are incredibly friendly and helpful! Recommendation to owners: The people you have working at your hotel are very nice and try their best to help, but there just aren’t enough of them to succeed in helping with every need that you would expect at a “5 Star” hotel, which yours is not. Find a new chef - the food at your restaurant is terrible. Bottom line: this is not a 5 star hotel.

Reception staff friendly, tried to help but very inexperienced/ young Restaurant/ bar staff very good Written request for twin bed instead of double ignored despite hotel confirmation Apparently there is a dress code for the dining room. This is not mentioned on the website anywhere. My nephew was sent back to his room to change (he was in relaxed neat attire after a strenuous skiing day). He was not dressed badly Whilst on another evening, hotel guests with a small dog let the dog walk all over the table - nothing was said by staff! Given 1 key for the room not enough key cards available for all guests to have one each. Ludicrous The NYE gala dinner menu was pre-sent to us. It consisted only of seafood. I emailed to inform that our group had allergies. They acknowledged this and said menu would be adapted but on arrival at the hotel they said they had no information on this despite confirmation 5. Delays with organising a transfer via reception back to the airport. Took 3 days and speaking to manager to get costs. 6. Only 1 shuttle which broke down for a large hotel.Lots of waiting a long time 7. Unable to provide information for local Covid tests. Told to try torino/ milan airports! 8. Staff member in spa had headphones in whilst communicating to us. When she couldn't hear, she took them out.

We had a great time at Grand Hotel Cervino. A wonderful five-star hotel in Cervinia. A great and rich breakfast and a state-of-the art dinner (we took the half-board deal). The staff was nice, professional and very helpful. We will definitely come back!
