Great hotel in old town square, walkable to everywhere. Super friendly staff. Hotel private parking is across the street, which makes it ideal. Room was spacious for being an older hotel. Breakfast was good with plenty of options. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Beware of churchbells that chime at 6.30. This was not a problem for me, and for me just part of staying in the center of a charming old city.
I only stayed one night, but had a team staying there 2 weeks.
And during this time, no one cleaned their room, even once. Even after they mentioned it.
One person also did not get any towels in his room, for 2 days, even after he mentioned it.
Breakfeast was okay. Scrambled eggs looked like they were made in a cast Iron pan, which made them look burned.
And the bacon was chewey.
Will not come back.

no air-condition makes this a horrible stay during the hot summer. And the parking available costs almost as much as the room so I would NOT recommend this to those that have a car.

Traditional German hotel in a very old classic building which looks great but has also issues as it is that old. We had a newer room (1980’s?) which had a double bed that definitely needs new mattresses!
Good breakfast and friendly staff.
This hotel is just next to the main church at the edge of the old town.

The hotel is nice, bathroom is clean BUT the shampoo is just a bottle left in the floor. They have that all in one shampoo and not a holder at the wall?!
Second point was the gym, they tell that there is a gym nearby BUT they charge you 5 euros per use. (The gym plan there cost 15 euros a month).
There is nothing written that u need to oh extra for the gym.
Also, the pillows are horrible and I had a tremendous headache.
IMPORTANT: the hotel is in front of the church (!!) the bells will ring at 6AM. You can’t sleep.

It was enjoyable to stay right in center of town. But lift door was frighteningly noisy. Because of heavy traffic outside there wasn’t much sleep to get. Recommend rooms further towards market place. Room service not very friendly
