Wifi never worked during our one night stay. Management claimed to attempt fixing it but never did.

A cute cabin in the mountains, right by the river! Very nice place, the wifi worked great for both of us working remotely for a day. You can walk down to the river right behind the cabins. The office staff was very friendly and understanding when we were arriving late - he called to let me know he left a key for us. The location is also very good and an easy drive into town (and we always felt very safe). All things considered, for being a little motel mountain cabin we were very impressed and would absolutely stay here again next time we visit the White Mountains.

Great price lovely location by river

Stay here all the time. It's not the friendly, perfect area, great price, fire pits and picnic tables right on the river. Love the little colleges. This is always my good too

It was raining heavily when we got there. When we entered the room, we immediately fell in love, by seeing the huge room, 2 queen beds, and the view of the stream from the window. We felt so homely and we decided to extend our stay for 1 more day. Next day morning, i took my son to the stream behind the hotel, we sat in the rocks and the stream was gushing and flowing touching our feet. This is the same stream coming from Flume Gorge. We still miss this place. My son was very happy.

This place is perfectly located for AT hiking at Franconia Notch. It could use some TLC, but it does seem like they’re working on it. Staff was friendly and responsive. Rates were reasonable. Close to places to eat and shop. We felt safe, and the rooms were clean.

Short notice night away. Room was simple, but very comfortable and the man at the front desk was very friendly. We will return!

Stayed in the small detached cabin that had 2 queen beds. Sheets stained on one bed - had to ask for replacement sheets. Cabin is run down and needs updating. Too expensive for price paid and state of cabins. Great location - close to Flume Gorge and town for food. Cabin musty smelling upon entry and old furniture.

It was a very cute and cozy room. The room was bigger than expected. I would recommend this motel to friends and family.
