I did a road trip trip from Melbourne to Sydney and stayed at Coastal Waters en route. This was easily the cleanest and best appointed of the motels I stayed at. Happy to recommend and will look to stay again when next in the vicinity.

Property was well priced clean and well suited to us

The Location of the property is nice, the property is well presented and neat. My wife and I spent a 1 night stop over at the the property, arrived late in the day, immediately walked the 15 minutes down the road to the local pub for dinner, departed early morning. We then discovered 2 days later they unexpectedly charged our account a fee for possibly having food from the mini bar!! We disputed the matter through email as we did not have anything from the mini bar. The response from management was they were unsure which room number we were staying in? Now no reply to our emails from them, we have called and left messages and no reply. The fee is not high for a piece of food, and i would be more than willing to pay for a consumed item, if in fact we had consumed an item, it's the principle of the matter, and the fact extra charges were taken from our account without question.

This place is beautifully maintained and it is evident the owners have put a lot of care into it as it is very nicely decorated inside and out and is absolutely spotless. The pool area is beautiful with tropical plants and tables & chairs. I would highly recommend this motel. My only regret was not having another day to enjoy the pool.

It's just like home away from home. A very comfortable, spacious and clean room. The staff are friendly and check-in was a breeze. Within walking distance of the main shops and restaurants and right opposite the water. A great place to stay.

Our first time stopping over at Lakes Entrance on our way back to Sydney. We couldn't have found better accommodation, it was a real gem, hence the 5 stars. We had two great two night's stopover.

An absolutely fabulous accommodation far beyond expectations. From the minute we walked into reception and the greeting from the owner Tracey was so warm and friendly a credit to her. One of the best welcomes, offering warmth and friendliness. My wife and I and our son were amazed how we felt important and treated in such a fabulous way. Location was great. 5 minute walk to the footbridge to 90 Mile Beach. The room was spacious, nice decor, very clean.
