A lovely hotel that was in a perfect location. It was really easy to come and go and we were met at the door on arrival. We communicated via WhatsApp with Ferdinando who gave us recommendations in the local area and answered any queries.
The room had a well-stocked complementary mini bar for use that was restocked daily when the room was cleaned. There was also a coffee machine and kettle, although no milk for tea!
We were able to check out without any hassle.
The room was clean and bright and we had our own door to the shared garden. It had air condition which was easy to use, although I was a little allergic to the room fragrance. Even though it was in the centre of town it was very quiet and the bed was so comfortable, we slept very well.
The shower was really good and some toiletries were provided too.

Great service from Ferdinando and his brother. After finding out that there were no taxis immediately available, Ferdinando drove us straight away to the train station. High quality fit out and great location, but still quiet.

We loved our stay at Neró Rooms. The style is modern and everything seemed pretty new and very clean. The little balcony and garden is cute as well.
The location itself is perfect - in the middle of everything, but also quiet.
Communication with the host was fanstastic as well. We can highly recommend staying at Neró Rooms when in Taormina, and we are glad we found this little gem!

The kindness and generosity of Lorenzo and Ferdinando was beyond expectation. They went out of their way multiple times to help us. The room was clean to perfection and very comfortable. We will recommend this property to all our friends and family.

Wonderful stay at Neró Rooms! Room (#3) was as lovely as pictured, comfortable, clean, and quiet. The hosts were available and helpful throughout, even making it possible for me to check in early and finding the best pizza in town for me! Would definitely stay at this little gem again!!!

This charming oasis right in the middle of town was clean and comfortable. It is modern and chic. Ferdinando could not have been more helpful. He guided us to the hotel, carried our luggage and recommended excellent restaurants! I highly recommend staying here.
