I usually go there for business but one particular reason why I love going to Penn mass is the staff. All the representatives are welcoming and kind. During my last stay, I obtain a room with a tub and that was so cool hope to get the same next time.

We called to get the information at what time we were allowef to check in before arriving and the lady did not speak english or french and didnt answer the question before just leaving the phone. We tried calling few more times without sucsess When finaly arriving at the place even the police that was arround understood that we wanted to change hotels I am usually not one to judge but i didnt want to stay here The lamps are not pluged in or missing lightbulbs The bathroom is dirty, the walls have suspicious spots, the bedframes are crooked and ratchetly tied to the wall And even if it said no smoking the entire hotel and the rooms smells like fresh cigaret smoke I will not recomend and i kinda feel even if the price is affordable we were able to find thankfully something at similar price with MUCH better conditions!

This motel is located in a francophone city. Unfortunately, the reception could not communicate in French. And, the receptionist was not welcoming and helpful.

Basic place to sleep.

Great spot to crash, fantastic, courteous and sympathetic staff, always there to help when needed. Clean rooms, many stores around such as convenience stores, Uniprix, Jean Coutu, Métro, Dollarstore and a Small mall. Very close to the sanctuary in case you are looking for Jesus and fairly priced.

the washroom was horribly narrow.

Its one 9f the worst place i stayed. I need to complained that the room wasn't vacuumed, garbage are still in the room. The bed not sure if its cleaned. The 2 ladies who were present were arguing whose fault etc. I was even asked if i would vacuum the room by myself. We droved 3hrs just to come and rest and was ask to do a task plis the rate of this motel doesn't represent its quality and the lighting was extremely poor (dark hallway). We ended up leaving around 6am. Our body was tired as the bed was extremely poor almost on the floor if you lay down. Unbelievable. Cant recommend this place. Please avoid it.

Very nice people . They go out of their way to make your stay good although they have a language difference with us. They are I believe Asian. We managed to communicate always with a smile.

Lots of stairs to climb. Small room...not very well lit. No fridge...no fan in bathroom and no window. the windows in the other room wouldn't open. some of the staff was very nice, some not so much. Great location...just not a great view.

Runned down motel. Breakfast in Chinese restaurant with children running all over. Tables and floor rather dirty. Cheap price but not worth returning.

The location did not make us feel safe. It was not convenient located to the better parts of the city. I would not recommend this location. The breakfast was questionable and service was minimal.
