Extra big closet was great. Walking distance to many amenities including boardwalk on waterfront and road up to amazing lookout at mont st joseph.

It was a very convenient location. Everything I needed was there.

Awful! I’ve stayed here before for Christmas 2023 and it was fine. I booked the same place again since I had a family emergency recently and when I checked in at 6pm (self check-in, no workers or receptionist on site and impossible to contact anyone), the place was trashed, garbage everywhere, dirty towels and sheets, used kleenex, dirty dishes, food and crumbs everywhere. Impossible to stay there. We had to leave and stay somewhere else for 2 nights since there were no clean rooms available. They still won’t refund me and we never stayed there.

Stay away from this hotel. Nothing worked during our brief stay… the one and only chair was falling apart and was replaced by a not much better one. The tv didn’t work at all and the bed was no more than three-quarters. You have to love your partner very much. Ann

No reception service, clients need to call for info to check in. Process not clear. One client had difficulty finding their keys to room as it was not where it should have been. I received no number to call from Expedia for checking in. Thankfully another client was able to provide the number to me. Called and had to leave a message. No call back. Had to call them back after 30 minutes wait. The information provided by Expedia did not specify that half payment is taken immediately and the remaining is taken one week prior to arriving. Info from Expedia is that payment was only to be taken on arrival at property. Very poor customer service. Seems that owner is more interested in making money than providing good customer service. Cleaning lady however was very nice and helpful. I was happy to leave her a nice tip.

Very nice hotel. They have a shared kitchen wit a big freezer and fridges, as well with stove and kitchen utensils. Close to beach and stores.

No AC and room was 40c No TV or microwave The power went out and we had to leave the property as the room was unbearable

No AC so it was very hot in the room even with the windows open. After the rain it got better In the room with the help of the fan. The welcom was perfect and the instructions super clear ! Would recommend going :)

why is this in Spanish? hotel charged me $25 extra and sent me a message in French when reservation was in English room had no hot water and only one chair which was flimsy and cheap and it broke and I almost was hurt. and the want to charge me. they should give me a refund.

Very good Aparthotel, excellent location as it is a walking distance from main highlights of Carleton sur mer, the sea is cross the street, rooms are clean, need to work on Blackouts and soundproof of the walls, there is no AC at the room though temperature does not get hot during our stay, the bed is double not queen so it is a little bit small, the shared kitchen has all essential tools and equipment you may need to prepare ur food. People was respecting to be quiet after 11 pm. Interestingly, all communication with the reception and for check in & check out was through text msgs ! And it was so easy, simple and quick.

We enjoyed our one night in a busy tourist area. Our unit was cute and efficient.

Really pleasantly surprising. Simple room but very clean and even offers a fridge, sink, and portable cooking element. Comfortable bed.

The property is well located with a view on the lake. But it is style auberge and you have to share the bathroom. The room is recently renovated . The people are nice.
