Check-in foi demorado porque nao achavam minha reserva. Depois, erraram no check-out querendo cobrar as diarias que ja tinha sido pagas. O controle de temperatura do ar condicionado é centralizado, nao dá para regular do quarto. Cafe da manha bom, mas nao volto mais.

Very nice place to stay in Blumenau. Not far from the main street (by the river), silent site, very nice instalation as well as the restaurant. Friendly personel. The building has a particular arquitecture. Very comfortable room and shower!

The pool area is nice, especially with the nature. But there is unfortunately a lack of service and English speaking personal. Beware of SCAM by hotel personal. I made a booking and payed in advance through Hotels.com. When I arrived at the hotel, I was asked to pay for my stay again. I was told that that my payment with Hotels.com was just a reservation of the amount and would be refunded. I showed the front desk a copy of my payment through Hotels.com, but they stood firm on saying it was just a reservation. I asked the front desk a second time about this issue when I checked out and was told the same story. In short I payed double for my stay, so be ware if you consider to stay here. The bar at the reception was mostly unsupervised during our stay. The location is a bit far from the city center (taxi or car is needed). Other than that the rooms are nice and comfortable.
