Check in was quick. The lady (so sorry I forgot her name) was very welcoming and knowledgeable about the area. Location was great next to a wonderful restaurant and on Kanc Hwy.

When we booked this hotel for two night we did expect room service and the Bar and Restaurant to be open as this was booked for during the Fall.
When we arrived these were not open and room service was not being provided. If we had known this before we would nit have booked this hotel

The best thing was the friendly Check-in.
However the room is dated with damaged furniture and the mattress was very soft and uncomfortable. It’s very close to the road and there is a lot of traffic noise from early in the morning.
On two occasions found a nasty looking insect crawling round the bath.
They still advertise Rita us and you can fins the breakfast menu online. Apparently it’s been closed since Covid which explains why the menu prices looked so reasonable.

We love staying at the Kancamagus Motor Lodge! We have been going there for over 25 years. Very welcomjng staff. The room was very clean..just wish they would replace the bedspreads that have been there almost 20 years.The indoor pool is amazing. We love the on-site sports pub, CJ's. Very good food. Disappointed they closed Brittany's for breakfast. Been closed for years but we still miss it! However, many breakfast options in close proximity.

great place for a weekend get-away. Clean property and the kids loved the pool, which is open until 10pm!! Very convenient to the common man restaurant and black mountain burger. We didn't need to drive.

The rooms are a little small. The beds are VERY uncomfortable could have used a mattress pad or something. The mattress is full springs. It’s two doubles with a 24 inch tv. The pool was very chlorinated but a huge string of someone’s wig was floating around. Overall the stay wasn’t horrible but wasn’t the best

The room was nice and clean, the staff was super friendly. We’re didn’t use the pool, but it looks really nice and big. I would stay here again if we’re ever in the area.
