Lets start from good to bad: Breakfast. They did the best of all in our 4 weeks! Very good. Loved the omelette!!!! :-) superb!! Please. If a tourist try‘s speaking Cuban Spanish. Asking if he speaks English is strange. Try to understand the pronunciation, we do with your English too! And we might speak a few more. Also, we had a little discussion with the taxi dude, and the lady, speaking English and the mother language, just looked, was not helpful! Maybe not just looking, actively helping your guests would have been appreciated! The smell in our bathroom, what during the day was than the hole room, due to the cleaning staff was, lets say, bad, that could be improved! All in all! Was nice! Thanks for all.

This is the best property in Santiago. Super clean, staff is attentive, it’s family owned, and genuinely nice people. I can’t recommend this place enough.

Unique property. Terrace for breakfast and dinner. Central location, so a fair amount of traffic. Very clean premises and friendly staff. Stairs could pose an issue for some people.

Hostal Heredia was probably the best accommodation we experienced in Cuba. It was clean, convenient, serving an excellent breakfast, (the omelette was especially tasty). The staff were also friendly and efficient. Recommended.

A great place to stay in Santiago, on main street leading to city centre. Very modern room, very well fitted out. Good breakfast. Extremely helpful staff. Only downside- being so central very noisy with traffic, dogs etc. But most of our city stay stays were noisy . That's Cuba!
