Young gal and gentleman have Great Customer Service! The ladies at the breakfast bar were very nice and clean - made sure everything was well kept and made sure to tip them because they were great!!

Rooms are really small & rude staff

We were really dissapointed by this hotel, it was really dirty, the service was below average, our room had shoes from another stay under the table, the rooms are really small, there was garbage that was not removed for a whole day, average breakfast.

Disappointed from the beginning as there was no luggage cart and we had a lot of stuff. Staff helped. The lobby appeared dirty to me, the 4th floor stunk like cigarette smoke. The room was so tiny the bed is completely in the way of the door. You literally can’t put your luggage in without maneuvering. The two double beds take up almost the whole room. The smoke detector was ripped off. The toilet looked dirty. The shower, old and looked dirty. The mattress is super hard and the sheets feel rough. Possibly the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The good? Location and decent breakfast.
