The hotel was lovely, all staff very friendly. Hotel room was spotless good location. Restaurant and breakfast was excellent with a good selection to choose from. Booking in was also good. We would recommend this hotel to family and friends we will visit again.

Hotel was very nice and quiet except late at night. You can still hear the music from the bars. Make sure you bring earplugs! The showerhead had very low water pressure which caused us to take a longer shower than usual. The free daily breakfast is made to order and it was nice to have choices, but the food was not as good as I would have expected. I enjoyed the location was close to everything and walking distance from the beach.

Overall a very good hotel. Only issue we experienced was big leakage in the roof of recreation room with pool table when it rained on our last day. There was no immediate response from staff to suck the water flooding on the floor.

Second time staying here and will definitely return. Great location, walkable to Medondo beach, and many restaurants and attractions in the area. Property is very clean and staff is very attentive. They made to order breakfast that is included was excellent.

Staff was always attentive and went above and beyond. Close to everything to do in Medano Beach area, great local restaurants all within walking distance. If you wanted, you could stay here and never have to leave there are restaurants on site , gym , pool, and spa as well. Great value for the price!

This place, i would definitely come back to. It's clean, staff are friendly and welcoming. They came in and cleaned our room every single day. The complimentary breakfast ( if included in your stay) is great, the foods was delicious, definitely worth paying extra for. The pool area was also very nice. We felt safe staying there with a 10 month old. It's a walking distance to pretty much everything the beach, stores, marina etc. I have nothing negative to say about this place.

Great property, rooms are well equipped, modern and well maintained. Great location for a less than ten minute walk to Medano beach and is surrounded by great restaurants. A short 10 minute walk also to the Marina. Ocean view from some of the rooms here. Pool is a nice area. Breakfast restaurant in the open courtyard is nice and quirky.
Front desk staff, cleaning and maintenance staff are really great. A really nice and relaxing stay, regardless of the inevitable construction work in this ever developing resort.
Overall, a great stay, very comfortable and reasonably priced. I'd stay here again.

Everything is in walking distance .. and they have great staff ( from 6/25/24-6/29/24.. the girls working in the bar (morning shift )are amazing …. The waiters are very friendly. including Giovani/ Johnathan. The cleaner are super friendly as well .. i strongly will go back here in a ever decided to go back to los cabos

Rooms are on the noisy side. Property location is convenient. Personnel is not very friendly, except on the restaurant where food is very good and the staff goes above and beyond for their guests.

Overall this was a great stay for one night before checking into our resort for the week. Our only complaint is that the bed is hard. The free breakfast and access to the gym makes up for it.

We always stay there, and not only do they remember us, we are treated like royalty. , I can’t find a better place for the money! Reasonable and the staff is first class, we stayed here every time we went to Cabo

Heated pool, you have a convenience store on the bottom level, breakfast included which has a delicious good portioned variety. Close to a Walmart if you need to purchase anything and an open bar till 6pm on the pool.
