Wonderful location. Could walk to shopping and restaurants easily from hotel. Very nice area. Could here the lady in unit above or below talking on phone in bathroom early in am - she talked and talked and talked! Only thing bad about the stay.

The staff was available, friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and had free breakfast and coffee and met all of my needs.

There was alot of small things that sent us over the edge at this stay.
Coffee machine - not a big deal, but that was the start of it. We were told they took the pods, and someone came up two different times with the same model thinking it was it ( where do you guys find your employees? )
No Silverware - that’s right. Full kitchen, with no plates, cups, etc in the “upgraded room”
We had a glass that had spilled over and broke in the bedroom. I called the front desk to have someone vacuum up the glass and clean the spill… it was a half ass job to say the least. By time we got back ( 2 hours later ), the bedroom had ants all around the far side of the bedroom floor. I called back to tell them about the mediocre job, and it was going to be handled. Well… it wasn’t. Then to top it off, they decided to spray insecticide inside the room, all around the perimeter while we were still

That was the final straw for us, so we went next door to the Westin and had a better experience. Outside of the silverware situation, the room wasn’t bad at all. Little more than i wanted to pay, but last minute change and the difference of the refund for the bozos next door, it was worth it.

Service was excellent!! The only thing was the cleanliness of the room was not what u would expect from such a nice hotel. The bathroom had what looked like blood splattered on the wall and door around the door handle and the sink was not cleaned and the shower was nasty around the bottom and the door.

Room was nice. Walls are too thin and the people next were loud abd obnoxious. Guest services didn’t do anything about it.

The floor was being painted, our room was not clean. The floors were sticky. I cleaned them before I wanted my kids to walk on them. The towel was black. Front desk didn’t seem to be concerned about my concerns

The front desk is staffed between the Westin and the Element. You may have to walk over to the Westin to get service. Limited knowledge from desk staff on anything. Airconditioning in the room do not work well.
Room are spacious, gum is nice, location is great. This is a very much "you are on your own" type of hotel.

We were disgusted by the dirt all over the pull out couch mattress and under the couch. It looked like it’s never been swept underneath.
The staff upon arrival was nice and friendly. The staff on other days we stayed felt like we were harassed.
The walk to our room seemed like eternity. There should be another elevator on the other side of building it’s ridiculous. The small kitchen is nice.
We did like the access to the plaza which had restaurants and a cinema.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I must say, the service was nothing short of incredible. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. Every employee I interacted with went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable.
The hotel itself was impeccably clean and well-maintained. The atmosphere was welcoming and friendly, creating a home-away-from-home feeling. It's clear that the staff takes pride in their work, and it truly shows in the service they provide.
The breakfast options offered plenty of variety and provided nourishing food, far surpassing the typical continental breakfasts at other establishments. My whole family thoroughly enjoyed the happy hour from Monday to Thursday and were a bit disappointed that it wasn’t available on the weekends as well.
The pool was so much fun! I loved the indoor/outdoor continuation and hot tub. The cabanas were a nice touch as well.
The location was incredible! In a shopping/entertainment district so you never need to leave the area. Lots of restaurant options, a movie theater just steps outside of the hotel. Superb!
Overall, my stay was fantastic, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a comfortable and welcoming experience.

This hotel is a pretty poorly renovated, thrown together mess. Our room was dirty! Hair, sticky substances, etc. Decor was cheap, scale was terrible. Two pictures fell off the wall and onto my daughter while she was on the couch. My parents stayed in a different room and felt the same way. Overall I would never stay here again nor would I suggest it. Way too expensive to feel like it was so cheap.

We loved everything about this hotel, the rooms are very nice and it was handy to have a small kitchen so we could bring some of our own food. There is no oven though, so you can't bake anything. The pool area is gorgeous and was perfect for a short weekend getaway where we could relax. The outdoor mall close to the hotel is ideal for choosing places to eat and shop. Our only complaint is that the bed had a flat sheet and mattress cover on it that easily bunched up and made for an uncomfortable sleep.

We have stayed at the Westin before and thought thats where wed booked tbh- we just thought it had undergone a name change. That said- great luck because we enjoyed the element even more. The rooms were larger and we had an amazing view, and the bed was SO comfy! We will definitely be booking agaon!
