The property is amazing, well designed, very well kept and has a wonderful view of the Langhe valley/vineyards.
The only thing I can say that was amiss was that our balcony and room faced the entry driveway so when cars pass, it was a bit noisy. We asked to be moved but the only other suite available was a few categories above and even though my partner and I were celebrating our birthdays, they did not give us the room with the better view.
If I were them, I would have since it was a Monday/Tuesday and no one would have booked that room anyway.
Overall, it was still a wonderful stay.

The in house restaurant Faula was one of the best meals of our trip.
The spa and our treatment was so relaxing and pleasing as well.
Need a car or car service to reach the resort and if you want to visit nearby towns.
Overall, we had an amazing experience and would love to return in the future.

Room had horrible sewage odor (coming from outside the room). Had to switch to another room late at night. In spite of that, they pushed us out at check-in time without any significant time allowance.
Other aspects of the stay were excellent, but it marred our entire vacation.
