We were travelling with our daughter, and the room had a bunk bed fixed transversely over the head end of the double bed. No issues with this, but there was hardly any space to keep our luggage in the room since it was really tiny. The toilet and bath area were separate, which allowed two to use the facilities simultaneously, but there were no hooks to hang your clothes or towels on, probably because the partitions were all made of thin boards. On the plus side, the rooms were very clean and tidy, and the staff were excellent, going out of their way to help us. We arrived early in the morning, and were offered an early check in when we went there to ask if we could leave the luggage in the reception while we went on a tour. Their breakfast was also reasonably priced, compared to what you would have to pay for just a croissant and coffee in the shops around the town. I would put this as an ideal room for a budget conscious couple, but best avoided if you are travelling with kids or friends, due to the lack of privacy for bathing or using the toilet.

Properly the worst hotel I have stayed at. The room was dirty and worn down. Not good breakfast - I definitely recommend to find breakfast elsewhere. But the worst thing was the room itself. If there were any hot water in the shower it was fluctuating between burning hot and ice cold. The light in the room didn´t really work and where sometimes blinking during the night.

The location is why it got 2 stars. Very close to the city. Unfortunately, the ac didn’t work and it was super noisy with the window open. You couldn’t close the blinds or shade either (both broken) so it was very bright. I never slept.

This a budget hotel, so my rating is based upon that level of property. The rooms are very small but very clean. Service was good and as expected. Location is near the train station so expect some noise. But the location is also very walkable and convenient to the town and sights.

What you expect for a budget hotel. Shower temperature was a bit inconsistent. Hot water available 24/7. Close to bus stop.

Good location, 10 minutes from the main station. Breakfast was good value for 15 franc.

Hotel room is too clumsy and bad arrangement is not too safe especially for kids with high chances of hitting the heads over the bed frames. Not recommended for family.

The property is just 900m from the railway station As the name suggest, it is a budget option and don’t expect so much , Staffs are very good and it was a smooth check in procedure . They provide us local transport coupon which is also very useful . A quite place , rooms are small as like other ibis hotels , They have a breakfast option , Which I didn’t opt for U can add it during check in with 11 franc or latter with 14 per head

Very bad behaviour from the reception staff. Very rude behaviour. Room is not clean. Dirty linens and smelly wash room. The bath room is so small that you may need some to assist you to pull you out !!!!!

Friendly helpful front desk staff who were eager to help and who had good knowledge of the town. Hotel much better than other ibis budget locations on the same holiday. Luzan is lovely and do recommend Mount Pilatus- we had a fantastic day on the golden tour. Do the boat leg first!
