Bad service, tight rules, no flexibility, lazy staff at pool area. Room was big, but there were dirty walls and noisy air conditioning. Swimming pool was big and nice for adults and children. Good food.

We had a nice stay at Ocean Vista. While on the outskirts of Mui Ne, the resort itself is fantastic and only a 5 minute cab ride into the heart of the Mui Ne tourist area. It is very well suited for families and big groups. The pools were great (the Ocean Vista pool is good, but make sure you ask reception for a golf cart to take you to the giant pool towards the north of the property!) and the beach facilities are also quite good. The golf course is a good quality course, but make sure you get out early if it's hot! The breakfast buffet is quite spectacular and there's probably something that would keep most people happy. The rooms themselves are quite spacious, especially the 2 & 3 bedroom suites. It was a little disappointing that our kitchen had NO cutlery or crockery whatsoever, other than a couple of glasses, but we didn't cook so it wasn't a big deal. Others in our group had a more complete kitchen, so I think it depends on the specific apartment (they are timeshare style, so up to individual owners I guess). Also, if you're on the backside of the building (golf course/garden view, just be careful when it rains - the balconies can flood a little!). Overall, I'd definitely classify it as quality western (not just Vietnamese!) 4* stay for a serviced apartment. PS - most in our group found paying up for beach views worth it!

Very big resort with spacious room. Took a 1 bedroom apartment and was amazed by it. Clean and spacious living room/bed/toilet. Price was alright as well and breakfast was decent. Highly recommend for people coming to Mui Ne/Phan Thiet

It was excellent! Good location, kind personal, very good beach and clean, golf not expensive, fishing club was very interesting for children, in 10 min walking - Muine's restaurants... Fruits... Souvenirs... See foods... Shopping... 5usd by taxi and you in Late Mart - not bad supermarket. Swimming pools are clean and big. See link city, we like you! Thank you!

I had a great stay at this hotel. Staff were so good. Room are very big and clean. Beds are so comfy. Breakfast are very nice. Cabana on the beach are super chill. We really had a great time staying there.

Apartments are in 4 blocks around a central reception, pool, recreation and bar areas. Wider grounds include a golf course, private villas and fishing lake. Golf carts all around to help you get from around - grounds are extensive and a little steep in places (but that affords great views of the ocean and beach!). Private beach with direct access - sand beautifully soft. Poolside and beachside attendants to set you up with loungers, mattresses and towels. Pool and beach also have bar and food service. Excellent customer service throughout our stay, nothing too much trouble.

We stayed 10 days over Dec 2016. Stayed in modern ocean view 2 bed apartment with kitchen. Was ideal size for family. Pros: Nice pools, modern rooms. Breakfast variety. Cons: Poor service, not to international standards for this type of hotel (don't expect to be offered drinks at the pool, you need to walk to bar to get attention), staff need training in customer care and English. Need to cross road to access beach. Hotel in need of maintenance. Rather far from shopping and night life.

The aparthotel is good for space and modern accommodations. It is a good place with nice staff but the hotel itself is missing personality and character. It's a cold feeling walking through empty hallways and the reception area looks very cheap for this kind of hotel. A remodeling would be smart. But it's still a good comfortable stay other than its aesthetic issues. Would I book again after seeing other options? Probably not. Despite that. I would still recommend for nice rooms and nice staff.

Power failure occured once but the hotel reacted quite fast upon notice. Friendly staff altho some ladies at the receptionist counter are not so. Family friendly, recommended for family travelling w children & elderly

This is so late review. So understand me even if somethig is change First, The receptionist is so kind who's name is TRACY! But another is just...soso. And maid is also kind. I had a problem about induction,so called maid many times. By the way, I couldn't speak vietnamese and she couldn't speak english. But she retained her smile. And tried to understand me with body language.
