Everything was perfect enough for me especially the location of the hotel and the t.v since it was smart tv and i could connect my cellphone,breakfast was designed really well.all in all i liked the place.

Very convenient opposite the railway station. Extremely clean. Pleasant staff. Buffet breakfast was super.

This was one of the best deals I've had in Europe. City Hotel is one of the cleanest hotels I've been to, I was very impressed. It's right beside a huge mall (vegan food!), easy bus to places, or you can walk to downtown, although the hotel is not exactly there(I walked, and I'm 72). Free parking and a HUGE breakfast. My room was for one. It was little, but felt more cozy than jammed. There's no elevator, but a very helpful staff member helped me with my suitcase.

We were quite pleased with the hotel. Inside it was very modern and clean. The room was small but not suffocating at all. The service and breakfast were very good. The hotel is very well located to the train station but not the surrounding streets don’t have a lot to recommend them; the interesting historic centre of Wetzlar is almost a kilometre away.

Right at the train station, which is also the bus station: Great if somewhat noisy location. Very helpful staff. And if that's not enough, there's a good little Turkish restaurant downstairs. Only disadvantage is that the hotel is up one flight of stairs. All in all, a very pleasant stay.

This definitely was a first. The hotel was officially closed over the Christmas holidays. Somehow we were able to make a reservation. No one knows how. After being on our feet for over 30 hours after flying from the States all night due to a family emergency, here we were, at a closed hotel. Long story short, they opened the hotel just for us, we couldn’t believe it. The hotel is clean and modern. Rooms and bathroom are a little small but very efficient. The best part was the next morning. Someone especially came in to make us breakfast (since it came with the room) one would think that it would be a basic breakfast, since we were the only ones. Quite the contrary. Not only were there an abundance of choices but it was so professionally decorated. Little chocolate Santa Claus on the plate and all. And all for just us. Can’t rave enough about this place. Katja, you were awesome!

There is not a reception desk. Room was very small. Beds are hard and pillows too flat. Very little English from employees. Close to train station. Breakfast is good.
