We were pleasantly impressed with you Inn. The rooms were nicely decorated. It was nice to be able to back up in your vehicle to your room and not have to lug suitcases to elevators. When I originally booked this room on hotel.com, I requested to pay at the location. My receipt said to pay at the location, but my credit card was already charged. I called you Inn to request a refund to my credit card, but they said I had to contact hotels.com. That issue was never resolved. Your AC unit in the room was very quiet. This was far better than the 2 Holiday Inns I stayed at the last 2 nights. Good selection at breakfast, but wished you would have had some fresh fruit and oatmeal available. We never could figure out how the TV was suppose to work. We kept looking for national news that was live, but everything seems to be taped before hand. Check out was a breeze and your desk person even asked where I was headed today. Thanks for a great stay.

We booked this property because it had an outdoor pool but when we checked in we were told that it was closed because it needed cleaning! Not happy.

Friendly and helpful staff at reception. Room qas clean and comfortable. Slept well. Sufficient towels. Room facilities were good. Pool needed cleaning. There was not many dining options in the town. Breakfast was sufficient. Would return

Not recommended. Stay in Monticello instead. Big scratches on the wall next to the bed, annoying light from street, no amenities. Overpriced.

We’ve stayed at 5 different hotels this trip and this hotel was our favorite! All of the staff were so nice and accommodating and went above and beyond! The pool was huge and well maintained and the rooms were clean and well taken care of! If we are ever back in the area we will stay here for sure!

Found 2 bugs besides the bed on the floor and breakfast was ok they need to do more options like oatmeal,fresh fruit and yogurt.. Staff wasn't very helpful about places to go. Its too pricey. I expect more better.

Clean and comfortable, recently refurbished, great staff. Conveniently located right in the center of town. The only drawback is the limited dining in the area, especially if you arrive later in the evening.

Staff was very nice. Breakfast was just ok, we got there around 8 and the eggs and potatoes were gone, and didn’t get refilled until we were about to leave.
