A fine hotel - clean but with such little character. I don’t understand how this is a 4* hotel. Rooms were basic, small and had no character. But it is in a good location, clean and convenient.

We arrived early by bus and the receptionist was able to get us into a room early. Room was small but adequate. The available room was a handicapped room and I can see how it would be adequate for a wheelchair user. Quiet stay

This is a very nice hotel situated close to everything interesting in Bilbao. My room was small, but it was good enough for my needs and it was clean. I would definitely stay here again.

Very well located hotel right next to a major transport hub, but located on a quiet side street. Very friendly and helpful staff and a good breakfast. The only minor criticism is that there were some large silver industrial pipes/chimneys outside my window that were noisy enough to mean you had to keep the window shut, but this would only be an issue in a minority of the rooms. Overall, good hotel and decent value for money.

We enjoyed the stay a lot - the hotel is very comfortable and convenient for both the train station and the city centre. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Good breakfast with very nice coffee.

We appreciate the staff, very kind and helpful. Very clean hotel. Breakfast was very disappointing, so poor nothing freshly made, only from frozen and no variety - not worthy for a 4. star hotel

Great location both close to the guggenheim and the old town. Very quiet and great blackout curtains for a good sleep.

The room was very pleasant --- not too large, but so well organized and furnished that it worked like a large room. Comfortable bed. Very friendly and helpful staff. Central location. Definitely plan to stay here again when we return to Bilbao.
Only suggestion would be to provide a rubberized bath mat --- tub floor was a bit slippery, and tub walls were high.

Good 4 star hotel located directly behind the main department store, shopping street and 2 mnt walk to train station. Hotel is very clean, modern with all amenities. It’s by no means luxurious, but a great choice for the area. Was offered a jr suite for 10 euro extra, well worth it, room was huge. The only negative was breakfast. A single staff member was nasty and ignored all requests. Many items were not replenished and options were bare.

Great location near train station and a lot places to shopping and eat. Walking distances (20Minutes) to The Puppy, We arrived via train to Bilbao and walk to the hotel ( 2 minutes walking) with luggage breakfast was great for the cost. I will use this hotel again
