We checked in, the room was hot. We went to dinner, so the room could cool down. The room was still hot when we returned. The toilet overflowed. We went to get a refund because it was prepaid (it wasn't supposed to be). The lady got on the phone with Hotels.com and argued with them for over an hour about a refund. They finally said we didn't have to pay for the 2nd night, but they wouldn't refund the 1st night. They tried to get us to book a different room, but my husband said no (because it was a dump) We finally left and stayed at another hotel. We will NEVER stay at this hotel again!

People smoking on the stairs and next to their rooms. Stairs smell like tobacco.
My room was fleas infested and was move to a different room quickly.
The towel was old and need to be replaced. We stayed there last year and was very impressed and satisfied. I haven’t given up on them yet.

Keep in mind they charge a $250 deposit upon arrival and blame their websites for it. Disrespectful and rude ownership. The parking lot is very small if you own a commercial vehicle, and there are too many cats wandering around at night, even though they don’t accept pets. I don’t recommend this place. Stay somewhere else.

She charged us extra $20 for plugging in our refrigerator in the trailer cause she said it takes so much power. We got there late at night and left real early in the morning so we did not really use so much electricity.

Bath tub needs a rod of some kind to hang on to. Or non skid strips on the floor of the tub.
Breakfast was disappointing. Apple juice spigot was just water, cereal was a bit stale, no protein (eggs, sausage, etc).

We had paid for three nights to stay at the hotel and we have a call from my son that we needed to get back to Colorado for a family emergency. We had to check out on Saturday and we did it at 10:45 a.m. and when I talked to the front desk the lady told me that I need to call hotels.com I called them to try to get my refund back then I got a email today stating that the hotel is not going to refund my money. Which is completely not ok why is it thay they get to keep my money when i didnt then stay in there room. I will be fighting this threw n threw.

Covid has really given the hotel industry a good excuse for poor (free) breakfast. They either need to advertise very limited or just stop saying they have it and cut the fee out of the price.

Not a pleasant greeting, difficult to understand. Had to call for wifi later, not given at brief checkin.
Lights way too bright, like sleeping under Vegas lights.

Room was clean & bed was comfortable. Did not like sink was outside of bathroom, broken cabinet door that was off the hinge & Feeding lots of cats that were all over the parking lot and under cars.

At the time of my stay they were remodeling therefore it was loud throughout the whole night up until 1 AM and then it restarted again at about 5 AM I’m sure they’ll be finishing soon but it is very beautiful inside very beautifully remodeled I would recommend it and I would stay there again myself. Hopefully by then they should be finished. The breakfast was really the only negative thing basically all sugary really nothing that healthy.

The stuff is terrible cuz the guy look Avry one like we come from out space I asked for things for breakfast and he mentioned I don’t have it when they advertise they serve full breakfast no eggs no milk only litter bet for all the people staying there if the thing they have if you come ofter 7:00 am no breakfast that day We stay 3 nights that wash no good spirens I well never stay there any more those hotels you not supposed to have on your list to help theme out cuz Hotels.com is good but when the Onwer don’t care for costumers no good cuz they have lots reviews all no good
