Hotel was great

The bathroom ceiling was leaking and has giant water spots all over the shower, the shower head was broken. The beds were so hard. They had no towels or wash clothes to give. I had one towel for three people, we had to buy towels and all our shower stuff. The rooms were not cleaned I found trash and hair all over the bathroom.

The room had a bad smell. The air conditioner didn't work. The fridge didn't work. We had only a couple of channels on the tv

Hotel elevator was broken and was on top floor. Requested a different room due to severe asthma Amd having to take the stairs

No TV (or if there was, we didnt get it). Has a pool, very clean. Fast wifi. Rooms are big and and comfortable. Not all rooms are secure. We were put in a room that had a missing latch so anyone could just walk in if they had a card, and housekeeping did in fact just walk right in despite our do not disturb signs. Bathrooms are big, bathtubs are deep, and the water is very clean and runs hot. Free continental breakfast is good, and usually starts at 6:30am till 9am but you have to get there before 6 if you want to get anything hot. Apples, oranges, biscuits and gravy, eggs, cereal, muffins, and Sausage Egg and Cheese croissants along with lemon water, coffee, apple juice and orange juice. The elevator hasnt been inspected since September 2023 and it shows signs of malfunction but staff cant (or wont) do anything about it. I had minor gripes about the place. The ones I do have are about the safety. Staff was always quick to fix any issues with the rooms though. Probably the best bang for your buck by staying here.

Check ins at 3 arrived at 6pm and the room wasn’t available until 8 pm! They hadn't even cleaned the rooms yet!

Dirty room . Tv had no remote and kept asking for one . No shower curtain

They need to do an update on their towels and bedding a little bit stain on both sets

Front desk staff are very helpful.

Close to the soccer complex close to malls and restaurants. Room was clean but bathroom fan didnt work, a/c unit did not cool enough. Other than that not bad for price. Oh yeha take your own towl front desk didnt have extra towls had to use 2 towls for 4 persons.

Front desks staff and supervisor at desk very helpful. Awesome people.
