It was a great experience. Very friendly staff and comfortable beds. The only issue is mold was on the bathroom ceiling and the shower head was old and dirty

Run down, paint peeling and hanging
down from ceiling in bathroom. Beds lumpy and small. No breakfast area, replaced with cannabis area. Give you a $15 per person voucher for Casino in the area and when you go it was not valid because the area to claim it was closed so we couldn't get it. Sketchy parking lot and dark. Located in a place that made you feel unsafe.

Gentleman at the desk was very kind and very helpful. The only thing is the outside needs to have the lights fixed so it gives more lightening in the parking area. Our room was clean and comfortable!

This trip to White Pine Lodge was absolutely amazing! We stayed there cause it was Parents weekend at St Bonadventure College. It’s was close enough to the campus.

Wry friendly and helpful staff! Clearly hotel is going through a transition… partly under renovations (pool), no restaurant. Grab-and-go breakfast is minimal, and you have to let them know what you want a day ahead - not ideal. I’m sure it will be great once they get up to speed and get sorted. For now, it’s adequate.

The pictures on the website were misleading I thought it was a Holiday inn Express and it said it came with breakfast but you had to order it and you had to put it in the microwave the place was clean I give them that

I stay here on a regular basis and it is very nice and clean and super friendly staff. Also they have been running a promo with the casino so if u spend 15$ at the casino you will get 15$ free play. It's pretty cool. They used to have a smoking lounge and it was awsome. But it's no longer their 😞 but white pine lodge is still very awsome.

The staff was really friendly and helpful, and the room was also clean and comfortable. I particularly liked that the room has a microwave and mini-fridge.
The price was a good value too, and Salamanca is a pretty convenient location to stop for a longer trip along the Southern Tier.

Very nice room close to the casino without the extra cost. They also offer free play for the casino with your check in which was a nice surprise. Once their pool and spa are back up & running it will be perfect

We had a wonderful stay at White Pine Lodge. Staff was outstanding. Rooms were modern and clean. Great location. Reasonable prices. I would have given a top rating except that their pool and spa areas were not open due to renovations. Hopefully those renovated areas will add to the good experience that we had. Also there is no dining area, although the free "grab-and-go" breakfasts were more than adequate for our needs. Overall I would highly recommend this business!

We had a wonderful stay at White Pine Lodge. Staff was outstanding. Rooms were modern and clean. Great location. Reasonable prices. I would have given a top rating except that their pool and spa areas were not open due to renovations. Hopefully those renovated areas will add to the good experience that we had. Also there is no dining area, although the free "grab-and-go" breakfasts were more than adequate for our needs. Overall I would highly recommend this business!

We have stayed at White Pine several times. The front desk employees are always friendly and accommodating. The grab and go breakfast is appreciated; however we would like to see the return of the sit down breakfast. Also, the pool and hot tub are not in working order and this has not changed for some months now.

Room 236 bathroom exhaust fan non working, tub needed caulk refreshed, POOL and HOT not in service.
The staff was very Nice and professional
Rm was clean, bedding was nice, Breakfast was small 2 slices of French toast,2oz of apple juice ,a dole fruit cup. You pick it up at the front desk and bring it to your room to heat in the microwave.
