I have never felt more welcomed and at home in any hotel before the amenities are amazing. The food was amazing. The service was amazing and let me just tell you about the staff. The staff is absolutely incredible. Customer service is amazing. I just want to personally think Rose at the front desk For accommodating me and for taking care of all of my needs, and this extends to the rest of the staff, every single person employed there has been nothing short of amazing

So we arrived at the hotel and Very clean and very well presented lobby. The staff welcomed us as soon as we arrived with a couple of glasses of proseco and and room upgrade.
We stayed in a junior suite and it was gorgeous with a balcony overlooking merchant street and . The staff could not do enough for you always very polite and helpfully particularly the concierge. It really was the 5 star service.
The rooftop area was also gorgeous. I could not recommend this hotel enough felt very special staying there.

Bad night sleep - hard to turn off all lights in the room. The curtains are not blocking the light, the air conditioner has this green strong light that interferes sleep. The room in general (and it was an upgrade!) has one tiny low window. Like a jail cell.
There was no price or anything said near the minibar and snacks but then I got charged 23 euro.

The property is wonderful but needs a little updating. The staff are all fabulous from front desk to the bar, restaurant staff. Can’t fault them at all ! Thank you to all the staff for making our stay so memorable.

Honestly I hate writing this review, but, we were not happy with this hotel at all. Especially for it being a 5 star hotel. We expected so much more from this place. The staff is great but we booked a room with a tub and when we checked in they said they “upgraded” our room. It was a split level and no tub. It was tiny and a pain to go up and down the stairs at night in the dark, I had to turn lights on so I wouldn’t fall and die. Then as soon as we checked in we jumped in the shower because we had been traveling all day and someone just rolled into our room. Luckily I had a robe on. But really?! Like what the hell. Not to mention the NOISE!!! Oh my gosh. I am talking electric guitars playing until midnight right outside our window every night. And then we purposely left the “do not distrub” off of our door so the room could be cleaned and stuff and both nights there was a letter by the door that said they didn’t do the turndown service because of the do not disturb. Which was a lie, It was not on the door. They just didn’t do the turndown service. I was so excited for this hotel for our honeymoon. So dissapointed.

Apparently we were upgraded to a ground floor suite, 003, but it was very noisy on the front of the hotel with bars and music outside our window. It was also very dark in the room as we could not have the shutters open due to noise and people dining outside the window could see straight in.

Defo a 5 star. Desk staff could do with being a little more attentive and ensuring you feel special, not in the way. Could do with a couple of chairs in the room too. Breakfast is beautiful and central location is ideal. Try 'Under Grain' if you can stretch to it!

The moment you cross the threshold at Rosselli you know you have entered a special place. Not only is the hotel impressive but the welcome you receive will put you at ease, make you feel at home, and (almost instantly) wish you had booked a longer stay! Not only did we have a delightful (and cold!) Prosecco as we did the check-in, but we were also given guidance on dinners, lunches and activities that only a local would know about. Of course the hotel happily and graciously handled all the reservations for us.
The passion of the hotel’s management and staff translates directly to the quality of the property: elegant and sophisticated modern decor enlivens this 17th century property that contains nods towards a typical riad house and a Venetian townhouse. Airy, cool and bright in the day, sparkling and dramatic by night, you will never tire of returning to your room.
Once into your room you will find a comfortable bed with sumptuous linens, spacious desks, many electrical and usb outlets, and (in our case) a delightful sauna … hardly required in the heat of August, but we did it for the experience anyway!
The roof top is a great place to catch some rays and views of Valletta, and the chilled plunge pool will give you all the cool vibes you need!
