Clean rooms and comfortable bed with good dining options nearby.

The concept of minimalist hotel is very attractive for people who use the hotel as a place to sleep. It needs no fanfare or jubilation. The only reason I don't give a 5 star review is price. And it's not even that they are too far off. It is a good balance of price and service. Not excellent, but pretty good in its own right. I will recommend.

Hotel rooms are small but spacious and super clean. I like to stay here when I visit, it's cheap for.the quality of rooms. I stayed in other hotels there and cost more and are not as clean as hotel Hi rooms.

The hotel is great and a pretty good price, I’ve stayed here a couple of times and will keep on staying here.
Only thing I didn’t like was its a smoke free hotel but people smoke right outside the main door and the smell goes inside on the first floor.

The problem was not the property. The problem was Expedia. My reservation was not acknowledged. Will not book another hotel with Expedia

The rooms are small but very comfortable because it is a new Hotel. I enjoyed the stay very much. I only used it to sleep so it was very good.
