We arrived just after midnight and were greeted by a cheerful and helpful night manager. This experience continued with all the staff we met during our stay. The hotel was exceptionally clean, breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The hotel is ideally located within walking distance of all the important sites and is very close to the metro station and links to the airport.

Even if initially we were disappointed with the layout and size of the grand suite and felt that the photos were not representative our stay was very comfortable due to the location, the easiness and the nice staff who were helpful whenever needed

We stayed at this hotel with our son and daughter in law. If you are considering this hotel please note that the balcony in room 203 is tiny and has plants on it and no furniture. My son reserved this room and it was awful they heard all the street noise and got no sleep. We felt bad for him cause we recommended this hotel from the reviews. He paid extra for a balcony he couldn't enjoy. We reserved 210 and it was fine nothing fancy. It was clean and functional. I only thought the waste baskets could of been larger. This hotel is a 3 minute walk to the metro. It is in a convenient location with many restaurants around. We didn't have the breakfast. There is a wonderful bakery a few doors from the hotel . We enjoyed our stay but would not recommend a balcony room on the second floor.

Easy check in. Clean hotel, well located. Our smoke free room had a heavy odor of smoke. After 2 trips to the front desk they switched our room to a truly smoke free room.

Very good location. Friendly, helpful staff, fair size room. Clean, tidy and modern. Only negative was street noise.

Such a pleasant experience. If you are looking for somewhere close to the acropolis, and an easy walk from the train station - book this place.

Area was great and easy to get to attractions. Room was nice, but AC didn't work at all and it was noisy outside as well as in the hall early in the morning from the cleaning crew. Also bathroom door—its a glass opaque door so you can hear everything if you are sharing a room! Not very private!

The staff was excellent, particularly Desi at the front desk who was extremely helpful with directions, restaurant and beach recommendations and everything else we needed. The gentleman who ran the breakfast was also very helpful and talked with us. The property is very modern and stylish, although our bathroom needed a deep cleaning (grout mold, etc.). The area around the hotel is dirty and dark with lots of grafitti and noise from a dance bar nearby (like most of Athens).

Great location for walking, seeing all the sights and the shopping experience in Athens centre.
The hotel is very modern and the staff are always friendly. The area around the hotel is a little dirty but not a problem and we felt safe.

NLH Neighbourhood, was very central and easy to walk to all sites. Staff were amazing. Only minor comment was that our room smelled of cigarettes when we got there

Location was great . 15 minute walk to Acropolis. Staff was friendly. Spent 2 nights enroute to Crete with a day at the Acropolis.

Location is great with walkable distance to basically everything. Very well maintained property. However it was super noisy at night and walls are thin. The only downside. Perfect for a one or 2 nights stay.
