La ubicación por cercanía al aeropuerto

El trato de la empleada de la noche fue tremendo. Te dicen que la tarifa incluye desayuno y después que pagaste te dicen que no. En el baño solo te ofrecen jabón y shampoo. Si queres acondicionador TENES Q PAGARLO. Increíble. En el baño no funcionaba el secador de pelo La clave del WiFi estaba mal en la habitación, por lo cual no tuvimos WiFi y el personal de la noche jamás se ocupo de ayudarnos. En el dormitorio , teníamos heladera frigobar la cual nunca anduvo. Vino un muchacho del hotel y nos dijo q andaba cdo en realidad no. En conclusión el servicio es pésimo. . No lo recomiendo para nada. Jamás volveré.

Coffee available all the time Location was excellent. Public transportation close by. Price was fair for the location. A charm!! Facilities were being constantly cleaned. Walking distance to Miraflores and Arena One Friendly staff.

I was expecting a room with an Ocean view, they had one available but told me it would cost me more. I made a reservation for five nights and upon arrival told them that I would only stay there four nights. They ( the receptionst ) said she could not give me credit for the fifth night nor give me the upgrade. Ended up in a tiny room , with no closet or even a rack for that matter, no real night stands ( just some wooden dwarf pieces), no dresser or table to put my stuff on. ( I hate to put my stuff on the floor ) *** on the frst night I heard some people talking right outside my window ( there was some kind of small patio just below, and I was on the fourth floor ) and it sounded like some kind of ritual as the voice of a woman kept repeating something like a chant. I went back to sleep and ignored it. I forgot to report it the following morning though.

The staff was very nice and helpful. We loved that we texted the restaurant and they were able to bring us food down. It is a little noisy but it was right next to the water and a good way to start the morning with a walk.

We were hoping to wash our clothes and it stated on the website that they have a laundry. When we arrived and asked, they said they didn't have any laundry and to take it elsewhere.

Super loud in this area, staff sent me to a known broken ATM that took my card. Shower barely worked.

Was so noisy and the bathroom smelled bad. the exchange of dollars to soles was completely abusive. I don’t recommend at all
