The staff was very friendly and helpful. They were also able to allow us to check in early so that we had somewhere to keep our bags during the game. Another thing we loved was the game area downstairs, this allowed us a great place to hang out with our college student since we had younger siblings with us. We played foosball and Yahtzee. There were a couple of other groups hanging out too.

Our stay here was incredible. We came to town for a game and were treated with the utmost kindness and professionalism by the front desk agent. Her name escapes me but she was an older woman with blonde, natural textured hair. She really made us feel welcome and well accommodated. The room was beautiful, spacious, and most importantly, CLEAN. The products at the hotel are Dove! Talk about luxury. I hope we can stay here for any future games we attend. Thank you!

The property suited our needs.

If I could give 10 stars for the staff I would!!! We went up for band parents weekend to see our freshman and a game. The property is at a great location and they roll out the red carpet in so many ways! Great food truck, beer available and what a breakfast! Free video games for the kids and pool and food ball helped pass the time waiting on an Uber. The property is clean fresh and the room was comfortable. Dove toiletries so not bad. Our room had a microwave and mini fridge which was nice but we did not use it. The golden crown of this property is the staff. From the moment of check in to check out and absolutely every interaction in between great energy and service. I have stayed at some of the best brands all over and was not expecting to find such fantastic service and energy. Greeting to farewell they were all on point. This will be our goto when we hit Oxford again!!

This is a great hotel with an amazing staff. I honestly don’t know why it isn’t rated much higher. I stay here often as my son goes to school in the area and I have always had a pleasant experience. This staff has always been very helpful and breakfast is always very nice

Horrible! I called and advised we would be arriving at 1 am and the kind gentleman assured me he had printed my papers and my room was waiting. When we arrived at 1 am I signed said sheet and received my card key. We got off the elevator and found our room opened it with our key…. My daughter went in first as she had to go to the restroom and found people asleep in the room as she was about to drop her bags on the bed!!! We grabbed our bags and hurried out!! We are glad the occupants weren’t carrying! We went to the front desk and as they blamed it on the computer and took some time to find us another room. I asked the girl to go check out the room 1st and she did. However then we were 1st floor and had children above us running as we tried to sleep in. I attempted to make a complaint to the manger however she never had time. But the gentleman I had spoke to when en route did try to help. He said we would receive a free nights stay at that hotel and had me sign up for a Wyndham account. And that did not happen either. I was scammed. We have a college kid and many friends that are starting to stay in the area often and they have lost many clients.

What a disappointment, I always visit this location when I come to Oxford, Mississippi. Upon arrival, I quickly noticed that the staff was unwelcoming, the hallways were dirty, the trash cans in the hallway were overflowing. The breakfast food choices had clearly been minimized. I would’ve been happy with just a hot cup of coffee at seven in the morning, but the coffee canisters were not refilled and there was no kitchen staff to tend to this. Won’t be back!

This is a very clean, well kept property. We were able to find a decent room for check in for my daughter at Ole Miss and that really says it all!
