Great boutique hotel overlooking the west coast. Friendly helpful staff on the reception desk. Small hotel and pool but very clean and within easy walking distance of the town. Uphill to the caldera but worth it for the most wonderful views

We had a lovely stay at anamnesis. The staff were very helpful and the location was excellent. We couldn’t fault it.

Friendliness and helpfulness of the staff and conveniently located to the centre of town, away from the hustle and bustle but sufficiently close enough to be easily walkable.

Good communication throughout including by e-mail and telephone to clarify things when needed.
Excellent location close to Fira Main Square and bus station, only a few minutes walk away as well as to the local shops and restaurants as well as the caldera.
Good service by high all the reception and maintenance staff including recommendations for food, rentals and tours etc.
Breakfast is good.
Suggestions to make it even better:
Wifi connectivity needs to be improved as almost non-existent in the room we were in.
Perhaps have more recycling collection points as several plastic water bottles have to be discarded.
Perhaps have a shower curtain to ensure water does not come out of the cubicle.

The concierges were awesome and helpful! Their knowledge of things to do around the island made it easier to decide what activities we wanted to experience. The location is fantastic as well, within walking distance of restaurants and shopping.

This was by far the best place we stayed in Greece. View wasn't the quintessential island view but you still had a sea view.
Excellt place to stay. Staff was awesome in recommendations and knowledge. Personable.
Breakfast was really good and worth it. Also something different each day. Very close to center of town.

The room was stunning with a beautiful private balcony view and the pool was brilliant and well maintained to the highest standard.The breakfast provided was nice with plenty of options for everyone.
But what absolutely took the hotel to the next level was the staff who couldn’t do enough for us,in particular Faye she was a delight helping with all the amazing food and drink recommendations and just overall being friendly and helpful

Great location (very central) with even greater staff. The staff, Theo and Sophie took great care of us - booked our boat tour, car rentals, gave informative recommendations, all at competitive prices. The hotel is clean and breakfast was great. Definitely recommend.

Beautiful, quiet and very comfortable little spot just down the hill from all the hotspots including restaurants, shops and the cable car to the old port. Lots of spa extras if you are in need of a massage etc. Local bus to anywhere on the Island is also just a short walk away.

The rooms are nice, breakfast good and the staff fantastic! The staff is always smiling and helpful, I can’t say enough. Location is good with or without a car. Breakfast included juices, fruit, eggs buffet style with plenty of options but again it’s the staff that made our stay memorable.

Our stay was really fantastic. I would recommend anyone visiting in Santorini to consider this for their stay. The location is also amazing right outside the core of the city, but still very quiet and a two minute walk from everything
