The room was very nice. Staff was friendly and helpful. Only downside was the bed with a little more firm then we like.

Room was clean. Beds were pretty hard and the tv was really small in the room. Check in was really quick and easy. Pool and hot tub were in good working condition. The kids enjoyed thr slides. The continental breakfast was good with lots of variety

Staff was friendly and helpfull, but $5 a can of pop or bottle of juice is a little predatory when it's the only option in the hotel. My biggest beef was for 125$ a night you would expect a mediocre tv, but I'd put the one in our room at 10+years old, 720P is probably generous. little things like the bathroom toilet being faced considerably to the right instead of parallel with the wall, and the pillar in the room being nowhere near straight. Just ODD stuff

The shuttle arrived 45 minutes. Even though, I had called 24 hours before hand. We had to call them and ask them where the service was.

My family and I enjoyed our stay, the outside of the establishment looked really nice and so did the lobby. However our room did have light to moderate stains on the carpet. The pullout couch looked old and looked like it wasn’t cleaned for a while. Our tv wasn’t working properly as well.

We got into Minot late, the kids had about 10 minutes to swim, we asked the front desk staff if the kids could swim for a little longer and without hesitation he said no problem, super awesome. On top of that they reactivated the waterslides for them! Room was spacious and very nice. When we come through Minot we now know where to go. They have an amazing staff who have no problem going above and beyond to make your stay as good as possible.

Great stay. Got a great nights sleep on a comfortable bed. Young man named Chino worked the desk and a couple other duties that night and was very pleasant and attentive.

Check in was aweful it was suppose to be at 3 we arrived at 3:40 And our room wasn't ready so we sat in the lobby to wait. We sat there for an hour our pizza had been delivered and the kids were getting restless so we finally chose a downgraded room with no mention of refund. They claimed they were cleaning our room when we arrived so not sure how it took over an hour and still wasn't done.

It was good for the most part. Loved the room. The problem was the pool. It was too small. The water slides were fun but also dangerous with too many people. I ended crashing into someone out of the water slides and felt bad.

AC system function- unable to change temp, fans speed, etc. so very cool during our stay.
Pool area bathrooms need some TLC as do the slide steps
Staff were excellent-extremely friendly.
Grandchildren loved the pool and breakfast choices were very good and some items changed each morning.
Would stay again.

The whole experience was great! They had very nice staff. The room was big and clean. And the pool and slides were very much enjoyed by the kids. Good selection for breakfast also.

We didn’t end up staying. I tried checking in to two rooms and they were both dirty. I booked another hotel immediately. The front desk worker couldn’t confirm that I wouldn’t be charged. I will be calling to talk to a manager.

Pool and watersides were very fun for our boys!
The room was nice.
The one trouble we had is the hotel forgot to notify their shuttle driver that we were needing to be picked up from the airport so we waited almost an hour for him to come get us at 12 o'clock at night. They did let us extend our check out time an hour.

Spent the night with my son and two grandbabies..They lived their weekend at the pool, at the mall, enjoying dining at a variety of nearby establishments. Our room was very clean, although I read nasty reviews, the pool was so much fun, warm and clear, read also someone ripped open their skin on the "rusty slide". The slide is one piece of plastic, and smooth all the way down, and the water was far from murkey..My grandson asked to come back for his birthday later this month. The breakfast was great, such a variety, warm and delicious. Many beverages to choose from, we all left full and pleased. Thank you again, I have stayed at many 700 dollar a night motels travelling with my hubby for his work, this one was perfect and at a decent cost.. I will be back..

This hotel was just fine. It was convenient for our trip for a one night stay and the kids enjoyed the pool. Shout out to Travis, he was great at checkin and very friendly and helpful. Downside was our tv didn’t work in our room, the bathroom door stuck which made it difficult to close and open and the bedding seemed kinda of dirty or at the very least old. Location was good with many places conveniently within distance by driving, like the mall.
